Supposed to be open 24/7 yet here I am waiting at least half an hour so far to get gas. Cashier knows people are waiting, doesn't care, absolutely no sense of urgency.

My husband who is disabled came into this store last night. And he said the night Clark was so rude. He needed to use the bathroom. It was locked and she said it was locked because people been stealing so he had to drive somewhere else to go to use the bathroom. People that didn’t like their job don’t need them. I will be reporting her to the corporate office and reporting the store to the disability office.

Came after an ou game and they were clearly under staffed. Long line that was moving slow, only one register was open, bathrooms were in a horrible state. For some reason their credit terminal is configured to require a PIN number when you use tap to pay which is dumb. I won’t make this mistake again and will be taking my business to on-cue.

Why can I give no stars?! Also, why on earth would you pay just that one rude black man that can mop like crazy to clean while you are not open?! REALLY? PLEASE!! I have seen that door locked more than open and he likes it or just has zero customer service experience. That is on management. On Cue only has half of their pumps on currently and NEVER lock the doors with a sign like this for 2 hrs. They also staff properly 3 people! I like the day shift folks but if this is how you do business for some of the late customers, like me sometimes, I suggest they go there (Casey's will fill your 7-11 cups for free or On Cue did not only have one dang employee) like ME!!! I'M Done and these Casey are much better!!
