Isaiah saved me! I was in Norman from out of town and ended up with a tire that couldn’t be patched and I needed to get home on Saturday. I called 8 places in Norman on Good Friday who did not have my tire in stock including waiting on hold and talking to several off-shore call centers. Isaiah was super helpful the minute he answered the phone. He told me the tires could be available from a local warehouse in a couple of hours. When the warehouse delivery didn’t get there on time on Friday, he personally picked up the tires Saturday morning and got them replaced Saturday. He went above and beyond!! Highly recommend!!

It was the day after Christmas. I was about 500 miles from home. Jessica patched a rear driver side tire on a 20-inch rim. The service bay and waiting area were clean and comfortable. Jessica is kind and competent.

I was incredibly satisfied with the service at this place. The lady who was there, I believe it was Jessica Mckenzie, was very helpful. Not only did she provide excellent service to take care of the tire problem in my SUV, but she also provided good information. She and her team were efficient and took care of the tire issue.
The store itself was a pleasant surprise as I did not know of its existence. I found that they have good travel goods like luggage and many gadgets useful for travel.
A great gem of a place in Norman.

10 out of 10!!! Highly recommend this AAA facility.
We took advantage of the free oil change November offer with our renewal.
Mr Tyler was diligently wiping off components keeping things clean working efficiently to complete our oil change in a timely manner. We were able to get in and out in under 30 minutes.
We appreciate the free physical maps provided by AAA as we are planning to travel abroad sooner rather than later.

If you have AAA definitely want to take a trip to Norman to get some of their tires put on it was super fast super friendly and a great bargain with a buy 3 get one free which put good tires on a vehicle at a cheaper price than Walmart

Had to call a tow truck through triple a do to a busted tire, I already had a shop set up but they talked me into going to the triple a tire shop, got there and they tried to charge me 500 for two tires, when I said I was going somewhere else they magically found cheaper tires and a discount, I specified I absolutely needed my car by the next day because I’m going out of town, they assured me it would be done in time, and it was not, triple a is a scam whether you have a roadside assistance or even just the tire shop, would absolutely never recommend them to anyone, the workers are also very rude, triple a is nothing but a bunch of lies used to get you to spend money there.
