Trash. Had a TV and couch with them. They’re claiming the TV was broken when they received it. We were using the TV when they arrived to pick it up. JOHN on the phone was obsessive argumentative with me and rude. Disrespectful and will not be using Aaron’s ever again after I get this nonsense dealt with. DO BETTER.

I been a Customer with Aaron's for years and never had problems . I don't know if it because yall got new workers. But they is so Disrespectful, Unorganized and when I ask to talk to a manager everybody is a manager up there and omg we always pay on time and then after paying we still get a call for and a Visit for more money ? I know how much I'm Supposed to pay and I'm so happy for the paper ? work because who ever that guy is that be calling and talking mass don't know what he doing because he Trying to scam people telling me I own 200 boy if you don't go get somebody else to play with I know much I have to pay .yall need to fix that problem for yall lose customers because yall can't be out here playing with people Credit and money

Customer service is usually really good sometimes their customer service can be a little cranky are you catch somebody on their off day or just two things are better than somebody else but overall service is always been good I really don't have any complaints other than that all the items that I've gotten our great the plans are pretty good no customer service online is usually fast and accurate

I just want to start by saying thank you David who took care of us today! Even been coming here for 3+ years and have always had AMAZING service. Today we came in to get a new washer/dryer but husband decided a soundbar would be amazing too! So we get the items home and we called David because we couldn’t get the soundbar hooked up. He came out spent 2 1/2 hours if not more at the house trying to get it situated. We couldn’t get it situated still so he said he will be back with more options on what we can do! I’m so thankful for team here! I highly recommend this store!

This company process is designed to steal your money. Take heed and do not fall victim to the scams Aaron’s commits their to low income customers. Also, there is a very scary angry man named Mike that works at the store in Norman Oklahoma. He yelled at me and hung up on me several times for expressing my concerns and I have been traumatized since he did that.

Had a great experience buying a love seat for my parents. They have a great selection without having to drive to OKC. The salesperson (Kiera) was happy and very helpful. So glad we wandered in!

Went here for a new refrigerator today after ours died. Not only was Kiera amazingly friendly and efficient, she got our new fridge delivered this afternoon so that we wouldn't lose our food. Great experience!!

Last month I asked for a waiver due to illnesses of the entire family. Antonio set up just a half payment to "help" us, but when bill was due...he took ENTIRE payment which overdraft my bank account. Called the store and told them that I was unable to make payment this month and AGAIN asked for a waiver. Antonio was VERY rude and DEMANDED payment or a return. He scared me so much by his tone and disrespect, that I hung up on him. I'm only 11 days late on my payment and have been in direct and constant contact with them about this months payment. I have been completely honest and not in anyway trying to do anything wrong here. Is Aaron's that hard up or is it just that one employee? Is this Aaron's policy? I pay the extra every month for membership to protect against this. After my experience with ANTONIO......I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. And so will everyone else I know and can tell.
