Every time I need something specific I know I can always count on Ace! It was nice to find a place with SOME of my stained glass needs. Obvs not the glass part 😉😂 but I do know I can always rely on friendly HELPFUL customer service!

Worst costumer experience, went there for a pick up order and one of the employees was mad about me asking about my order. Gave me an really bad attitude for nothing at all even hit twice the product I was buying, if you can't treat people right get another job were you're not around customers.

Smaller than most Ace hardwares. But it's very awesome. Very sweet and helpful employees and people. Although it's a little far away from my usual visits, I know I'd be happy to go back and do some more shopping there!

Nice little place. It doesn't have the inventory and assortment of a full scale big box home improvement store, but it is more convenient and employees are much friendlier at these smaller places. Which is exactly what I experienced here. The outdoor cooking section is really something to behold with the vast assortment of spices and cooking stuff. Much better than a big box store in that sense. Give it a try.

I hate to write this negative review but I feel I need to. I purchased a 3 pack of lawn mower blades and a lawn mower wheel back in the spring. I work in another state and Im not home much so I never got a chance to change out the bad blade until today, 3 months later. The blades I purchased did not work on my mower so I took them back to ACE where I purchased them to exchange them for the correct ones. I couldn't find the receipt but I figured they could look up the purchase from my credit card. They told me they couldnt do the exchange without the receipt. So now I'm stuck with the wrong blades and they were double the price of Lowes Home Improvement. Lowes will also take the time to look up purchases by credit card for full money exchange even if it is a year later. Needless to say where I'll be shopping in the future. Lowes and Home Depot are 15 minutes further away but its worth the drive if Ace can't work with me. I only asked them to make an exchange for the correct ones and they were still in the original unopened packaging. I guess those $30 blades were worth losing my business.
