Way over priced they will get you on the special for three months than almost doubled your rates mine went from 99dollars to 170 dollar in one month the most expensive in Norman and the OKC metro

The gentleman working today ran off an individual changing their flat tire. They were being helped by two gentlemen and the worker I assume came out and said it was private property and they needed to leave. After explaining what was going on he huffed and said make it quick and went back inside. This is not okay as there was no where else to safely pullover and change the tire.

When a single woman, traveling alone, had a flat tire outside of this location (which is located on a very busy street) and subsequently pulled in here to change it, one of the workers came running out and told her she had to leave immediately. Completely and totally unacceptable and dangerous!

Very rude to a friend, who had a flat tire and this was the only place she could pull into, vs. staying on a busy 4 lane street.Shame on the person who harassed her!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Months ago we reserved a uhaul truck from this location and hoped things would go smoothly. Confirmed the night prior. Showed up to this location during their hours of operation and no one was to be found. Called multiple numbers, no answer. Not only has this impacted our moving plans, we had hired labor to assist with heavy lifting that we had to cancel, and still have to pay for, due to this delay. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE.

This place is unprofessional. DO NOT rent or try to rent a uhaul from this establishment. The worthless individual that tried to help me could not run the payment, would not accept cash and then pushed me out to help another customer. Completely derailed my move and he could not have cared less!Absolutely worthless!!!

Well everything has been jus fine til I accidentally put my dentures in my bag that wasn't supposed to go to storage but my dentures that I need so very much is in there and I fell behind on my rent cause of it and I have told them they can keep everything in my storage if I could jus have my teeth back....why are they so heartless????

Just unlocked a storage unit. The staff is is nice and always professional. If you need something storage this is the place to do it.
