Went here tonight after my dog ate something he shouldn’t have. I called beforehand to get advice on what to do, and they were so helpful. They also told me exactly what price to expect upfront, which I really appreciated. When I took him in everyone was very very friendly and took great care of him! I’m glad I took their advice and brought him in when I did, because if I hadn’t, things likely would’ve been much worse. Very happy with the service and that they were able to get my baby taken care of! They even came in to check on me and see if I wanted water or coffee or anything. Expensive (as emergency care is), but definitely worth it for the peace of mind of knowing he’s for sure gonna be okay. Definitely going here if there are any other emergencies in the future!

A special thank you Dr’s Plunck and Redden, Megan, Maddie, Darith, Stella & Flynn for giving their all when we brought in our best girl Peaches. Although we didn’t get the outcome we hoped in the end, their professionalism, communication and compassion are like none other. They are a very loving, knowledgeable staff and very upfront with treatment costs from the moment you arrive at the facility. I would not hesitate to take another furry family member there in an emergency. I wish they were full service during the week, but they do fill a much needed gap in veterinary care, when you need them the most.

This place and its staff was absolutely wonderful. It was the first time I’ve ever had to use one of the services, but I had shut my cats tail in The door required multiple stitches. I already have anxiety and since this was the first time I ever had one of my animals injured I was so nervous and stressed out. But the doctor and the staff were wonderful and helped calm my nerves and take care of my fur baby. I could not have asked for better service and better care of my furry one.

I brought my dog in because of complications with labor very very late at night and this was the only hospital accepting any animal in the entire OKC Metro. Highly recommend to anyone who needs an emergency vet they handled everything professionally and really care about their patients!

Highly recommend! Our kitten had not been feeling well all day, and it was nice to have a place to go nearby that could see us immediately and check his vitals. What a pleasure!

I am mixed about the facility here. But last night made the difference in a positive light. I have an 8 week old puppy.I had to put my German Shepherd down many years ago at this location around 2015 or so. It was the hardest decision I ever had to deal with because it was the first loss I experienced and my first dog on my own.I was charged over $1000 for all the testing my vet had already done. My dog had been throwing up black vile and it was coming out black the other way. Long story short, I felt very displeased towards this place for the extra testing that was required that ran up the bill. I didn't understand why they couldn't find a way to get that testing from the vet other than $$$.Fast forward to 1/17/24 (last night), I came in after having tried the ER Vet in the southside I-240 location. They had turned me away after my 20 min trip there. I had a puppy that had her paw/leg stepped on and we weren't sure if it was broken.I arrived taking the 30 min trip from the other location already a little stressed but I kept extra calm for my puppy's socialization. We were put into a room for probably an hour before being seen by the vet. They were a little busy though. I remained calm for the puppy. The vet was super friendly and gave some helpful information. Instead of doing numerous tests with the xray, and putting her through stress, he did some basic reflex and realized she had no painful reaction to the movements. Of course, after 2 hours of the evening, she was able to walk for him. She had a slight limp but other than that, she was good to go. They even charged a very fair fee for the visit. They could have "run up the bill" with all kinds of testing but honestly, if something were to happen, I'm going here again. I hope the vet from last night sees this message. I just want to thank you for your kindness. It was a little sad being in the same room that my first dog was put down in as well but with all the craziness of the whole evening, I'm glad everything worked out.

Went in with my dog in pain. Had to pay a $125 up front. Was told first come first serve I was ok with that. After sitting almost 3 hours and seeing many people come and go I asked for my money back because I am a diabetic and have not eaten because of concern for my dog. My blood sugar had gotten low and I wasn't feeling well. I was told that I couldn't get a refund. Not long after the Vet comes in and we discuss my dogs symptoms and history. I tell him what she's been through over the past 7 years and what she is going through now. Which are the same. She is constipated! Asked for something stronger than over the counter and he wants to do ex-rays. After doing so he came back with the same conclusion that I had given him. Told me to change her over the counter meds to something different and I left paying $265. I know that you love your pets but if possible stay away from this place.

We brought our dog, Drako, in the other night and the staff was so lovely and helped us out so much! They showed so much love to our fur baby and felt like they really cared about us and our four-legged kid. Highly recommend over other 24 hour/ night time vets!!

Everyone was so helpful when we had an emergency visit on Christmas Eve. We’re so grateful for them and that they were open! Our dog improved greatly after visiting. I highly recommended them for any pet emergencies.

Unfortunately, our visit was to put our dog down. Something like this is hard enough as it is, but the staff and the process they go through make it a little less heartbreaking. We were given a room for privacy and to stay with Lucy until WE were ready, and when the time came, we were given a doorbell to ring the vet in. Everyone made sure that we were taken care of and were not rushed in this process, and I will forever be grateful.

We had a situation with our dog and our vet did not have any availability so they recommended we go here. They provided us with quality and reasonably priced service.

We were there 3 hours before being seen and left there 4 1/2 hours later with a huge bill and no definitive diagnosis or resolution.
