I placed a mobile order and used the “free” sandwich that was being offered for April. When I get my order the sandwich is missing, the owner/shift manager both stated I would have to call a 1-800 number to get my sandwich even though I’m showing her the promotion on the app. They try and charge a premium for sub par food, and top it off with terrible customer service. We will NEVER have this problem with Arby’s again!

The people they have working in the evening are lazy and rude! They do not have the first clue of what customer service is. I spent $30 on an order that was stale and just gross! And then whenever I went back up there, they were rude about it like I did something wrong.

I went through the drive thru at this specific time. The lady working the driveway was very rude, kept cutting me off and barely let me complete my order. Once at the window (after waiting more than 10 minutes to pay) they hand me my food and shut the door. After trying several times to get the attendant attention she opens the door. I tell her I was missing 3 different items. She told me that I had all of my order and told me to leave, shut the door. Well, I waited for a manager who essentially just gave me my missing items. Never once asking what the problem was, or if there was anything else. I had to call corporate who finally refunded my whole order due to this problem and the lady wasn't at the driveway window any longer. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had here or at any Arby's location.

Used the online ordering for the first time. Ready in 3 minutes and all the food was very hot. The $1 sliders were a great deal, and very good.

Long line moved fast. My favorite sandwich cost $1 more than I am used to. And it was not edible. I ordered the Reuben w/o craut. The meat was not shaved it was slabs of meat with fat and sinew. I could not eat it. I ate half the bread and tried to get some meat off of the chunks but I will never buy that sandwich again or go to that location again.On top of that the Arby customer service website says this restaurant does not exist!!!

My brother, his lady, and I went here for lunch. It was so delicious and the fries were on point, crispy but soft and yummy. Haven't been here in a while and it was amazing! Thank you Arby's!

We just went thru the drive thru, the lady taking our order was differently Not happy about being at work tonight, When she told us our total we could not hear her good, So we ask her to repeat it and she repeated it with a lot of attitude. We had ordered a jamoka shake, It definitely is not that.we got a plane chocolate shake. As she gave us our order, And the shake she was very hateful.

I don't even know where to start on this experience. Waited 10 minutes to get my food then they took my food to the wrong car then back inside. So glad I spent $30 for bad service, nasty cold food and watered down drinks.
