I had such a good experience upgrading my phone today! Cory helped me and my husband and made things easy and quick, he multi-tasked excellently, I will definately be going back to him for any help with my phone in the future! Highly recommended!

Justin gave my husband the wrong information and we ended up paying $300 dollars to buy a new phone! My niece is on my plan and broke her phone screen. The phone is insured so my husband brought it in to get fixed or replaced, but Justin told him that it would cost more for that and ended up convincing him to pay $300 to buy a brand new phone instead. The broken phone was an old iPhone SE and the only problem was the broken screen so we should have only paid the $100 deductible to get it fixed. Justin kept trying to upsell my husband and tried to convince him that the best thing to do was open a new line that we didn’t even need. It’s clear that he had no idea what he was talking about but didn’t want to get someone else to help.

My son was in there today to upgrade his phone. I have been an ATT customer for over 22 years, and I have been on ATT next up for over 5 years and never had an issue. They told him they would not accept his phone unless it was in mint condition, as if it had just been taken out of the box. Then began to tell him how a responsible person knows how to take care of his phone. The Next Up plan only says that a phone has to be in good working condition to be traded in. These people were rude and berating and have no clue what customer service is about. They should close their doors.

refused to help me with prepaid service. If they can’t help me directly it’s their job to get me in touch with someone who can. i know they can help me i used to work at this exact store. they refused to do their jobs as an authorized retailer.

I went to the AT&T store in Norman, Oklahoma. I walked in and not three minutes. I was sitting in a chair, talking about getting approved for a new phone.. The process did take quite some time just because we had to figure out what kind of foam I wanted and stuff like that, but we got it done and I had the best experience with the sales person that I could’ve ever had. Brandy at the AT&T store in Norman, Oklahoma thank you.

Called me to say I expressed interest in opening an account.. but I've had my account for 6 years. How did my name and number land on that lady's desk when I have an open account? This makes no sense. Should I switch back to cox?

So I have had the prepaid plan for years now 100 dollar Walmart phones an resintly I came into a lot of money an when I went to the at&t store I tried to buy this 1700 dollar phone they would not sell it to me out right I had to make payments every month an the same plane that I prepaid for 30 dollars unlimited talk an text plus 5 gigs of high speed internet was 67 dollars a month they said they would cut me a deal if I bought the case witch was 60 dollars am a screen protector witch was 25 an I'm sorry if the phone I wanted was a I phone I'm sure they would've tried to sell me a watch to with service to an the people that work there were awesome they were just doing there job an at&t you can do better stop trying to rip people off

Service is terrible, keep raising prices, the worst customer service. Switched to Verizon home, works a lot better, much faster and self install

Walked in with a phone with service to switch carriers. Person I worked with had no idea what they were doing and I ended up walking out without any service at all. Just go to a corporate location if you need anything beyond paying a bill.
