I’ve been to this location multiple times and the wait times are ridiculous. This last time I waited over an hour with no one even coming to add us to the list. Started out with 5 workers helping customers then as soon as 2 workers finished with customers they went to the back. We ended up leaving and going to the Moore location and was helped right away.

I have been hospitalized twice in the last month and instead of allowing me to set up a payment arrangement ATT shut off my service a week after the due date for a bill of only $135. I have called customer service multiple times and they are of no help. My self and my family have been customers of ATT since before the original iPhone came out and have been dealing with their predatory and greedy practices this whole time. This is the last straw. I will be cancelling my service and going elsewhere. Think twice before getting ATT as they will screw you every chance they get. I can’t tell you how many times I have had to call them to get bogus charges removed from my account. If you have ATT make sure you’re checking your bill every month. Honestly I’m just so disappointed in this company.

I set an appointment before the store opened for 11:30am. The whole point in setting appointments are because people are busy and can only be seen at certain time. When I walked in, there were a few people to be checked in, but I was already up on the board with an appointment. They tried to make me wait. I just left. You need to learn to respect people's time. An appointment comes before walk ins. They lost a sell today.

Robert was fantastic! Definitely went above and beyond to help with everything needed. His patience was immaculate, considering how many different questions we had! It really felt like he genuinely enjoyed helping, and you don't find someone so enthusiastic about helping others often

Robert was really helpful and patient! Fixed the problems that the representative made when I was on Chat with AT&T, so I am very happy and will from now on go into the store instead of having someone on Chat take forever to do the same thing and then do it wrong- completely wasting my time!

Cant get anywhere over the phone and to try to do it in store sucked just as bad. I waited over 40 minutes and the store manager took my name down as i came in. Just for the guys to move on to someone who came in 30 minutes after me. I have a business account with them and dont have the time to wait. No one answers the phone. No takes 10us minutes to get a price for a device when i finally could reach them. First the outages now this

Shoutout to Ariah and Kelsey who went above and beyond to assist me! Their patience and expertise made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I came in to upgrade my phone and worked with Rachel. The process was very streamlined since the last time I upgraded, and she had me in and out in no time. Her manager Kelsey ended up helping with some technical issues and she was very knowledgeable about phones in general. I will continue to use this location for any of my phone needs.
