Went into this store to buy a new phone the other day. Online, I was able to get a brand new phone with a trade-in value of over 1,000. In person however, they refused to give me any trade in deal at all and insisted I had to pay full price due to my phone not being completely paid off. I left the store immediately and checked their website and found out they forgot to mention I could simply pay off my remaining balance then trade in the phone, saving over 800 dollars. They did not mention this at all and would not work with me at all.

I liked how organized the process was in the store. When I entered the store I was immediately acknowledged and then put into the que to see a representative. Members are cooperative and support each other and the customer. It was a very pleasant experience.

Very disappointed in this particular AT&T store. We have been AT&T customers for 25 years, and this experience is enough to cause us to go with another carrier. Our daughter is having issues with her phone, we advised her to pay a visit and inquire about her options on getting a new phone. The man working there wouldn’t answer any questions she had because her name is not on the account. She told him she understood that is their policy, but did he have any advice for her on how she could get added to the account and then what is the process to getting a new phone? He wouldn’t answer any questions and was very dismissive.

I arrive for an appt today at 9am. A elderly couple, woman with a walker and man who was not much better at walking, was walking in the door. They told the sales girl they had to use restroom before shopping. The girl said no public restroom, I said yes I've been here many times and used it, the man said I have too. The sales girl said it was the manager's rule. That is a terrible rule! The couple said we'll we have to go before we spend alot of money in here. I said I have an appt but have to go too. So I left went across street to Hobby Lobby and came back. The couple never came back so I guess they are taking their business somewhere else. I said something to the person who was helping me and she grimaced and acted like didn't really care. Think I won't go back there ever again either.
Everyone knows when you go there especially with no appt your going to be there a very long time. They need to changed that ruled especially for elderly people! This is not acceptable. Some clothing shops do that and I always put the stuff back on the rack and say well I will shop somewhere else. My daughter taught me that along time ago. So for everybody wanting a new phone or change companies you better pee before you leave your house and no drinking water or anything at least an hour ahead of time!

Just a quick note to send you thanks. As a senior citizen, I get easily overwhelmed and can find it difficult to understand technical details. Jared Barnes assisted me, at your store, recently in upgrading phones and switching TV /WIFI services. He was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough in explaining everything and took the time to make sure that I fully understood all of the information. He went above and beyond by even providing me with his personal cell phone number for any follow-up questions or help with installation. This level of service is truly commendable and greatly appreciated.
Thank you again for making upgrading iPhones and switching TV/WIFI services such an easy experience.

Our representative Zaquary ( sorry if it's spelled wrong) was our reason for such a positive visit. He made sure all of our questions were answered and make sure to let us know of everything he could so we wouldn't be blind sided in the long run, showed us everything we had questions about. He was super personable and kept lively conversation hands down the best experience we've had through our working with AT&T

When I bought my new phone at the AT&T store I had a really good experience. The person who helped us met us at the door as we came in. He was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed working with him. He joked around with me and my husband and made us feel comfortable also went out of his way to make things easy for me. Let us know he would be available to help us in the future with all our phone needs. He walked us out the door laughing and entertaining us we went. It was a really good experience and not what I was used to when buying a new phone. I'm very pleased with Jared. Sorry I don't remember his last name but I'm sure my husband has it and I'm sure it's in your records. He is truly a valuable employee in my opinion you are lucky to have him. It's rare to get such good customer service in this new self service world.
