I came into the store always to pay my bill. I never wait there's always someone willing to assist me with the smile on their face.The stores the best store that I've been to it's always clean and tidy. And all the reps are always on top of their game helping customers just the service and the experience Overall is the best.

Fantastic customer service! I brought in a desktop, push-button phone for my 97 year old mother-in-law. It needed a SIM card. They did it! And they seemed to enjoy the challenge. It was fun. Grandma loves it and it works great.

We had a real mess when we went into ATT .. 3 upgrades , 2 more added lines and I pads taken off the plan... We were really fortunate and Zachery helped us and with all the mess we were only in the store about 1 1/2 hrs.. He had all the patients in the world with us old people and 3 kids trying to help him...I've been to other ATT stores and they really don't care about helping, they just want you to get what you need and leave.. Not the case here... Great store and staff....

We tried to call 5 times during store hours and no one would bother to answer. We went to the store and waited almost an hour to find out the deal we were interested in that was presented to local AT&T employees was grossly misrepresented. Was treated rudely as we found this out.We are presently looking at other carriers after being AT&T customers for 15 years. Would prefer to do business with a company that appreciates my loyalty and money.Fast forward to a few years later and same sorry customer service. Our trade in was lost 2 months ago and I have spent 2 hours trying to clean up the error. Manger, Jared won’t or cannot fix the mess his employee created so I have to.

I can't attest to the employees because they do not enjoy being there. The manager is not helpful at all. I had no signal, I needed help with a sim card, this man was very hateful. People need their phones and he should be skilled in communicating with the public. He is not. He was willing to mark my information down while he did not help me, but would not give me information to file a complaint. These employees deserve better. The public deserves better. This is AT&T's face to the community. I would like as much consideration as a customer when I come in for a sim card as I do when they are taking my money for expensive devices. Zero value for being the face of AT&T in University North Park.

Great service! Back again to update to a new phone. My favorite tech was still there! Jacob was very knowledgeable and showed me several new features that my updated phone has. He made the whole experience enjoyable and set me at ease.

I had to swap 5 lines over to a new account and Megan Dillon was very helpful and patient. She did not make the process take any longer than necessary and was very friendly. I will continue to come back to this store and hope that Megan can assist me again.

My wife and I came in and were assisted by Louis- the most patient and wonderful gentleman in Norman. We upgraded our iPhones, and at the end of the process I was having difficulties with my new phone. Louis was so unbelievably patient with me, went above and beyond. I was very impressed with this store. If you get here early in the day, you won't have to wait for help. The two different people that assisted me did a good job. I am happy to make the drive from the east side of Norman for all my in-store AT&T needs.

I went in to get a line added to my plan and another phone, the experience was great, the service was amazing! The rep answered any questions I had(if I had any) and was very well mannered and helpful! I will definitely be coming back for anything I am needing!

I needed to get my new phone set up and there were likely going to be many layers to the process because of some unusual setups on my existing phone. Zachery Thomas assisted with my setup and several other details that needed attention. He was beyond helpful. He was patient and very knowledgeable and helped me through the entire process. This was the smoothest transition I've ever had and it was 100% because of Zachery. He was truly the BEST.
