Called and asked about a backup camera system. Was given a few choices with rough estimates. When I came in he showed me the choice I had in mind and the quote was on line with the over the phone estimate. Product worked, installation looks professional. Great experience

I was so pleased with the service I received from this business,. They went above and beyond to help me save money so I can get my breathalyzer re-calibrated. They also allow me to park my vehicle in the parking lot. so I don’t have to pay extra money to get it towed back over here.

Absolutely do not use this guy!!! I have a 2006 Mercury Mountaineer that needed a simple install of a new radio unit, rear camera, auto start and a second key fob activated. After picking up the vehicle the next day after drop off, several items where not completed as discussed and agreed upon prior to drop off the day before. Yet he charges me more than what the original quote was for. All items I'm listing was agreed to be completed and yet was not at time of pickup. Radio controls on steering wheel did not function with new radio (even though there was a simple fix that he didn't bother to find out until after I complained and then charges me an additional $ 120.00 to fix the problem). 2nd key fob was never activated. Air vent not replaced properly (that just so happens to be right next to radio) and of course he states he didn't do it. Headliner above steering wheel is now peeling off ( Was not happening prior to installment). And wait, there's more. After we take it back the second day, I pick my vehicle up and there is now a massive dent on the right front bumper that has knocked out the one of the light lenses on the front and right side. I have now taken my vehicle back (for the third time now) and asked to see the video recording from the day before. He then tells me he doesn't have the access code for the video. This guy owns an audio store and works with electronics all day and he doesn't have the access code for his own video surveillance, seriously? The guy does very substandard work and will not accept responsibility for his actions, and unequivocally cannot be trusted to do the right thing. His ethics are none existent.

Eric was awesome and very helpful. Called yesterday to have a 2 way remote start system installed on my truck. He got me in today and had in knocked out in a few hours. Work is excellent and I would highly recommend using him for any needs, all around great experience!!

Called and the guy told me I couldn't wait while stereo was being installed. Wanted me to drop off truck. Said he didn't have time for that. Took it to Imperial Audio and they had me going in an hour. They have a small waiting room for customers who have to drive a long distance and can't be without a vehicle.
