Two times now they've deposited my money to the wrong bank account on a Saturday. Love sending my entire paycheck away for the weekend. It's like sending it to summer camp. Get that girl running the drive thru on Saturday out of there. She's clueless. I'm finding a new bank.

I don’t even bank here. I was driving by about 10 in the morning on the 20th anniversary of 9/11. I noticed the flag was still at full mast. I called that branch notified some girl that was working there. She apologized and dropped what she was doing in a heartbeat to go lower the flag to half mast.I don’t even know what this bank is like. But I know I like people like that.

My family will never use this location again because some stupid teller deposited $1000 of my husband's check into someone else's account. We realized what happened an hr later and called to see why this happened she was rude and acted like it was no big deal. I tried to call back to file a complaint because it wasnt something little or a oops moment but no one has contacted me to back. This girl should not be allowed to handle money and yes I do know your name (SG) and I do think you should be demoted or fired.

3 times in a month they close before 7. There window clearly states close at 7 pm. When you have to drive 20 minutes to the location because it’s the only one open past 6 and they close early is not ok! Terrible!

I just had a conversation with one of my favorites at Bancfirst about how they are my friends! I love this bank and the crew who are currently their. I have never had a bad experience. It is true customer service!
