I would give 0 stars if I could tbh. I’ve took my dog here 1 time and canceled my plan right after. Staff left my dog in a dirty kennel for hours because the * doctor* was on lunch break. My dog had came out looking really filthy smfh. And They still charged my account after I’ve canceled and said I never canceled. I’ve called multiple times to get my money back that I have BILLS!! That need paid. DO BETTER & TAKE YOUR FUR BABYS SOMEWHERE ELSE

These people are frauds, take your pets elsewhere. Spent over $200 trying to get treatment for an ear infection for my dog. They wanted almost $500 for the final bill! Plus they spent the whole time trying to get me to sign up for some $71 a month vet plan. I took him to Vetco and got him treated, tested, and everything for right around $200. Plus I got a home remedy I can use. Don't waste your time and money. Go somewhere else. Never again will I use Banfield.

I have only had excellent experiences at Banfield Pet Hospital. Everyone has been so incredibly kind, helpful, and patient. I would highly recommend them.

I do not bring my pet here but I felt the need to leave a review after my experience with the Banfield Norman employees. The receptionist, Maddie, was so patient explaining things to my mother who is hard of hearing about her older dog Duchess. Maddie was very kind to us even though we are not clients of the Hospital. My mother and I will surely keep their services in mind for the future.Thank you,Marian Foster

10/10 service from the staff at this location and I highly recommend their services for your pet. One of the medications for my dog was sent to a pharmacy near me and for whatever reason, I couldn't get it filled. One of the vet techs, Sandra, was so helpful in getting to the bottom of the issue. I probably called her 5 times during the week getting updates on the situation and we were finally able to get the medication to submit for my fur baby. This location will take care of your pet. Thanks so much!

Nyx and I love Banfield in Norman! The team members are always so helpful and friendly. If you don't have an optimum wellness plan you should strongly consider it. It's worth every penny, but especially the peace of mind knowing that your fur babe is in great hands and receiving the best care possible. Dr. Cunningham is truly amazing!

I can’t explain how amazing this clinic is. They’re so nice, my dog was 12 and we recently had to put her down. It was the hardest thing I’ve ever done, and they were extremely compassionate and understanding. 2 weeks later I got a letter in the mail with my dogs paw print and her nose print ? it is very special in my heart and I appreciate it so much. We have been going here for a year, they have a really good payment plan which has saved us at least a few thousand $$ - our dogs are older so we come frequently and it’s easier on the wallet.

Me and scooter (my feisty Chihuahua) love the people here! Always a friendly and helpful face and tell you everything along the way. We do a drop off appointment and scooter is always well taken care of.

We paid insurance for both our pets for a couple of years. It started good but the service quality decrease badly. The assistants will take your pet and then give you a call when ready ( you don't see the doctors).Last time we took our dog there for an ear infection, they had him the whole day waiting to be checked, evethough we had appointment. Also, most of time the only contact we were having with the doctors was a quick phone call telling us roughly what was going on. I do not recommend this place. They care a lot about how many animal they take daily instead of the quality of the care they provide. Take your pet somewhere else.
