Wish I could put 10 stars my pup was well taken care of. He had the deluxe groom and came out smelling and looking amazing. No cuts, razor burns, or anything. The hairy photo is his before. All in all good customer service and very clean facility.

I am always very pleased when I take Chloe in, as she can be very difficult! I am grateful for Erica and her staff. I know I never need to worry because they are all so very sweet.

Took both my dogs to be groomed today. Checked out the website before booking the appointment for pricing. Super shocked when I went to pick them up and it was over $100 more than I’ve ever paid in Dallas. Maybe let customers know that the price is going to be much higher than anticipated. I expected to maybe pay a mat charge, but I’m floored.
The dogs look good but we won’t be back due to pricing.
