Order a desktop took 1 week, for my son who is disabled and can drive that is attending OU. I live 2hrs away he lives there and I have to be the one who picks it up when they told me anyone can pick it up if I told them their name but now only I can pick it up so it's a real inconvenience because of my job and he has to go without until I get time to get it. Everything i order from Bestbuy has some loop hole in have to jump through. NO MORE OF MY BUSINESS EVER!!

Sales associates were very helpful but they just dont keep much in store anymore. I was able to find a few items I was looking for instore but I had to order a couple of items and have them shipped to store. Overall I always have a good experience here so I will definitely be back.
