Just did a curb side pick up . Went smoothly pulled up informed them I was the waited a few minutes and an associate showed up received my conformation number. Gave me the capacitor. Then I left.

I have never had a bad experience here. So far I've been helped with what I'm looking for and I've met employess who did take time to listen what I was looking for. Noted there's been a couple try to show me things little more pricey lol but nothing major. Overall service has been good. Recently bought a TV and ended up being faulty and they were able to test it and see what it was doing and they exchanged it for the exact same one with no issues. Will continue to shop here and you can catch good deals on products.

Brought an item in to exchange. I previously had issues with shipping and had to contact CS. The issue turned into a bigger one needlessly due to poor phone customer support. Finally, after getting ahold of someone from corporate they were able to change my shipping to in store pickup, but had to do an item exchange in their system for it to work. Well, my unit had an issue and I had to go exchange it. First the store refused because they said the serial on box did not match the unit. I googled real quickly and found this item does not have matching serial numbers on the box and the unit. This manager has obviously never checked the serial numbers before for this popular item, otherwise they would have known this. I don't know why they specifically checked mine. I try to never do this but I am mixed race and cannot think of any other reason. Also, they kept denying that this item ahs different serials until I asked to open another box and confirm. I even showed them the google search results. I gave them no other reason to check the serial numbers, I've never had bb check serials for returns. Even expensive items.Then another manager rings up my exchange and after looking through the system, refuses the exchange and confronts me that I have exchanged the product before. I explained the past situtation with the shipping/in store pickup change with best buy corporate and was told "i dont believe you" and "i am refusing the exchange" exact words. No saying sorry, was extremely rude. Possible race discrimination. I still have the corporate contact and will be getting in contact with them to complain and hopefully get my item exchanged. I was cordial but stood my ground. Politeness goes a long way as opposed to being rude.I always try to purchase products from local stores instead of amazon. I buy alot of electronics. I suppose I was wrong. I've spent over 10k$ here the last year or two. I pay to be a best buy member. No one should be treated this way. I don't think I will ever shop here again.
