Terrible customer service...will most likely drive all the way to the other store if I go back. Made the appointment for a Friday morning three days prior and I showed up but one of my tires was not there but the manager did not notify me ahead of time...wasted trip. Later that afternoon I called and the tire was there so I made another appointment for the next morning. I showed up 15 minutes early because I was assured that I would be done by a certain time. Well I wasn't and I ended up late for work. No apologies from the day manager nor any follow up call from the store manager. While I was there the second time another customer had the same thing happened, the manager was supposed to have ordered some tires and they weren't notified that they didn't arrive.

I was debating on 3 different brand of tires to choose from when the gentleman (employee) informed me of a set of tires on sale for about the same price as the lesser valued tires. Overall better tires and overall more miles. I would not have known if he didn't informed me. Better tire, more miles, and looks great. BF Goodwrench KO3. I can't remember his name, but a big thank you.

Top notch customer service. I’ve been a long time returning customer. They go above & beyond every single time. I’ve purchased 3 brand new sets of tires from this shop. I don’t trust anyone else with my vehicles. I especially appreciate Curtis, the manager. The shop is very well managed.

Not pleased with this place, said 35 for oil change then charged me 50. Plus they sent me home on a dummy tire when I paid for their warranty. Not good business.

Curtis was so friendly and helpful on the phone when I called to change my appointment to “today instead of tomorrow”. When I arrived, he was just as nice in person as he was on the phone. The guys who replaced my tire and rotated and inspected my other tires were done lickety-split. I have been to Big O Tires for other things in the past and will continue. I highly recommend!

If you want scammed, come to Big O Tires!! They’re pros when it comes to giving you the run around and never fixing the actual problems you bring your vehicle in for. They lack professionalism, communication, competence, and most importantly skill to do the job. Never EVER going back.

After going to Discount Tire and being turned away because they don’t work on tractor tires even though it’s on a 20” rim. I went to Big O and they were happy to work on it. Even better they did it no charge!!!
Customer Service was excellent!! Being born in the mid 20th century, service was reminiscent of the past. Pre-pandemic pre-Generation X YZ and millennials. I am loyal more to service than I am brand. I was visiting my son from out of town, or I would use them exclusively for my tires.
