Its amazing and sooooo wonderful how they fixed my CRV car.and also when they replaced the window on my back window with my sticker decals the guys were sooooo perfect to me. I wasn't ever ever expecting the auto body shop to do such an awesome job. Super duper job! And I had to get NM we mufflers under my car,plus get my whole back door that goes up to from my trunk had to be replaced completely cause of about accident and I was rear ended by someone back in October f 2023. She's an amazing person and woman. “TL;DR: This place truly cares about doing a good job for a fair price. The owner is amazing, they are transparent and communicative about your car’s repair process, and it’s clear that they’re knowledgeable. Don’t let the inexpensive prices fool you - it’s just that way because they don’t upcharge you for every single little thing.

When someone hit my car, I went to Gerber Collision and Glass and they gave me an estimate of over $8,000. They refused to work with me to do a minimal repair that would just make my car work well again, and talked down to me about pretty much everything.

I happened upon Acres Auto & Body while driving home from gerber and just stopped in on the off change they could help. Immediately, the owner listened to what I wanted, took a look at my car, and wrote up an estimate. He also wasn’t interested in doing a minimal repair job, saying that any repair Acres Auto & Body does, they do it well. But it was clearly in a different way - this man takes pride and care in his work and will not half-ass any job. The other place was just trying to upcharge me for anything and everything possible.

With Acres Auto & Body, this repair cost about $2,000, 1/4 of what had originally been estimated at Gerber!

They were communicative, willing to answer any question I had, and clearly were knowledgeable about cars - I’ll admit that I don’t know much, but instead of talking down to me they took the time to explain what they did and why.

When they painted the new piece of my car, the temperature dropped and the paint didn’t quite set right. So they immediately let me know that it would be an extra day so they could make sure the paint was correct. When I came by to pick up the car, the workers were sitting in the front room of the shop for a lunch break, all eating what looked to be homemade food that someone had made. So from an outsider’s perspective, it seems like the people who work there are treated well.

And my car looked great. So thank you for all your help!

I stopped by again a few weeks later because one of my car lights had burnt out - the owner replaced it for free and even gave me some extra lightbulbs for if other lights burn out!”
