This place is friendly and amazing Kolton is awesome he has helped me many times very swiftly and I’m a timely manner he has always been so polite and friendly. Boost has the cheapest and best plans also good coverage.

I want to start out by saying, nobody is perfect. We all have bad days. What is really beautiful is witnessing someone in the heat of the moment be able to turn a situation around. Kolton did just that. His day had not been pleasant and I have had my share of difficult people as well. His ability to demonstrate humility and to de-esclecate the situation was top of the line service.
I want to thank you Kolton for the outstanding customer service and solutions to our problems.

Kolton was amazing. By far the best experience that I have ever had with a Boost Mobile representative. I got myself locked out of my phone, and neither the online chat agent nor the customer service agent on the phone were able to help me, I got transferred several times, and then told. Had to go over an hour to get to the nearest store. Kolton was kind, very professional, funny, and yall are luck to have him. Give this man a raise and some praise. He did very well by me.

Update three weeks later: Lowered to one star because I had to talk to four different people to close an account on the Boost Mobile customer service line (almost an entire hour).
I was unable to get the phone to ever work correctly on two different phones and I even took it to the store for them to install a new SIM card and it still didn’t work.
Update your hours posted on Google. Nothing like driving across town to get a phone line and your business is closed.
