There is no doubt that Travis at Buffalo Insurance is the best in the Oklahoma City greater area. I refer all of my friends and family to him. Also, I am currently in the process of filing my first homeowners claim from a severe hail storm and Travis has been there for me every step of the way. Is always quick to respond, and his customer service is exceptional. I highly recommend Buffalo Insurance!

I had home and auto for about a year with Travis. As time went on it was getting hard to get ahold of him. He never gets back with me like he says he will. I got into a fender bender and it took forever to get ahold of him to get information on what I needed to do. My insurance just renewed and he did not inform me that my auto insurance went up $35 until I noticed on my bank account 2 months later. My mortgage lender has been trying to get proof of my insurance renewal and I just found out that my home insurance cancelled 2 months ago and I was never informed. So I’ve been without home insurance for 2 months thank God nothing has happened. Allstate is a lot cheaper on auto and home insurance is not a lot more with better coverage. I would recommend you spend your money elsewhere where because the customer service is as cheap as the coverage.
