“I had a great experience at the store today! I was navigating through the store with my phone telling me what aisle the items I was looking for were on...nothing was matching! An associate asked if I needed help finding something & I mentioned the issue. He very kindly asked if he could see my phone & upon doing so, he pointed out that I was using the wrong store location for guidance. He helped me change to the correct store & I was very grateful! From then on I was able to navigate correctly! Then I came upon Charles in the flooring department to ask a question about a product I was interested in. He was so helpful & knowledgeable! I asked how long he had worked for Home Depot & he said only a few months. I was so surprised because he knew so much & even helped me to feel confident with my purchases!”
