Jessi T. was my service advisor. She was great work with. She was honest and upfront and I never had any communication problems. 💯 would use her again in the future. My insurance company on the other hand, shopping around. Thanks again Jessi for the great service!!

I scheduled an appointment with Caliber Collision , rearrange my schedule to fit the appointment date only to keep getting calls from the two schedulers that work at the front desk to keep rescheduling. I don’t live in Norman so I would have to travel to make those appointments so after already accepting two previous rescheduling appointments the third rescheduling I told the ladies at the front desk that I would not be able to reschedule again and that I needed to keep my current appointment, they were determined to reschedule so somehow it became my problem to figure it out . I stated to them that I would not be available for rescheduling, they became rude and I was told well it seems that you have to keep that day so we will keep that day for you and immediately hung up in my face . I contacted my insurance company to let them know that they were continuously rescheduling and my insurance company at that time let me know that they didn’t reschedule you , they completely canceled your date without notifying me at all . I guess their plan was to have me drive way to Norman for my appointment just to say we canceled your appointment instead of just letting me know I couldn’t have the date I was scheduled for . So if you have the time and patience to deal with the rudeness, rescheduling , hung up on , and canceled.. Good Luck , and I’m sorry that’s how they value their customers and that they didn’t get the gratification of seeing my upset when they wanted to say your appointment was canceled. So I’d advise you not to fall for the initial meeting of pleasantries when they say thanks for choosing us, because they will turn around and talk to you like you owe them some money or something.

Caliber Collision repaired my cars damaged door and you cannot see a difference in color, molding or metal. Perfect job and guaranteed for as long as I own the car. Wow! They were wonderful to work with and kept me informed the entire time. I was absolutely satisfied and would recommend as a collision repair shop!

The whole repair experience made easier thanks to this shop. Really went above and beyond making sure to call the rental car place for me so I would have a ride to pick after filling out paperwork. Kept me updated and my vehicle was ready on the estimate day they had given me. Then they also allowed me to drop my rental car off to them where they would have the rental car place pick it up from them. Overall great experience and wonder staff. Would definitely recommend for any body repairs.

My Kia Rio was hit from behind. Caliber was so professional in handling the repairs. I was kept informed almost daily of the progress. Repairs were completed much earlier than the initial date that was given. Jessi, the representative, was very knowledgeable and helpful during the entire process. I will definately recommend Caliber to family and friends

Handled the repairs to my car very quickly after I was rear ended. Got my car back a few days earlier than expected because Greg stayed late so I could pick it up before the weekend began. Jessi kept me up to date on everything and she was fantastic to work with. 10/10 would recommend this shop to my family and friends.

I’ve taken my car here a total of 3 times over the years from hail damage to accidents. Caliber Collision is always amazing to work with and the quality of work done is always top notch! Jason does a great job of keeping the owner informed and the work is done in a timely manner. This is the only location I recommend to friends and family!

Took my car to Caliber after a minor wreck because this was the place the insurance company wanted me to use. Overall, they did a good job. The place is nice, great communication. They did a good job on the repairs except they didn't notice the liftgate wasn't flush with the rest of the car. They had to order a new part but I appreciated they were able to figure out the problem and definitely wanted to get it right.Once they got the parts switched out it was much better but after driving off I noticed they hadn't completely reattached the trim over the wheel well so I had to drive back across town. I was a bit upset but the general manager was apologetic and immediately got it fixed. So, in the end they did a good job. I would just highly recommend looking carefully over the work before you leave.With this complaint, it might seem strange that I gave them 5 stars but I know mistakes can happen and they really did want to get it right, which isn't all that common these days. So I would still recommend them and use them again if needed. Once it was all done, the car looks as good as it did before the wreck and that's the most important thing to me.
