Wendi was very helpful getting everything setup for my storage unit. Since this was my first storage rental I wasn't quite sure how everything worked but she answered any and all questions I had. Couldn't have asked for better service!

been calling for two days cause my access code to the gate isnt working and haven’t received one phone call back. i need to get inside to my storage but can’t cause i cant get ahold of anyone who works in the office

Disgustingly unprofessional.I reserved my unit on the 22nd of the month for a move-in day of the 30th. This was confirmed both via email and via phone call (not a robo call, spoke to an actual person) however when I showed up on my move-in day, the office was empty. A note on the door said “closed until further notice” and no one answered either the door or the phone number. I had to call customer service who had absolutely no explanation for why the office was empty and no reason for why no one could be reached to check me in. Customer service is not local so all they could do was to try to call the manager for me and ask them to call me back. I sat in the parking lot for hours waiting for either a call back or for an employee to open up the office. Neither ever happened. I had to scramble at about 4pm to find a storage facility nearby that had availability in my preferred size, same day. The manager never called me back. Apparently they genuinely don’t care if they screw you over, they’d rather not acknowledge it and hope you go away.

I visited the property around the end of April. They were working on getting a unit ready for me. The manager was very pleasant and helpful. When they had my unit ready, they called, and I went and signed everything, as well as paid for 3 months in advance. I was able to use my access code to enter the property and place my locks on my unit.Then I showed up to the property yesterday, and if course it decided to rain while I'm moving things. Now, my access code doesn't work. I had the card they gave me that worked before. Tried several times. Called the number on the gate, but no after hours service.I did finally select the option of speaking to a representative, who informed me they would contact the onsite manager and I would receive a call shortly. 20 minutes later, and rain pouring, still no contact. Finally, after leaving and heading home with everything now soaked, I get a call asking if I was still having issues with my code. He said if I could give him a few minutes, he would get in touch with the manager. What? That's what this call should have been. I told him to not worry about access, as I am not moving in. I did tell him I wanted a call to be refunded my full amount that I've paid.I own a business. I understand mistakes happen. It's not the mistake, but how you handle it that makes the difference. Here it is the middle of the next day, and no call. I realize they are closed today, but I would expect to hear from someone with this situation.I can't say I would recommend this place

We are a long term tenant of over 10 years. Communication is very sparse. New owners raised the rates on us by $30 per month almost 50% increase. Not a well kept place. Difficult to catch workers at the office. No one manages the Units locally and no access to management.

I am on auto pay each month per rude Keisha, and I'm up to date on my storage payments, went to move my stuff out today, due to the rise in the montly rent.My code was locked out, I called the office, knocked on the door, called the emergency line, left several messages. Someome came along and let us in w their code, great, I thought,Then There is a red lock on my storage.Why, I'm paid up in full!Website and a posted sign said your were open.If not in office, why not answer phone calls!Someone helpNever will use again!

This is not a good place to do business with any longer. As another customer review noted, I do not trust them any longer either. Previously the office manager was courteous and helpful, but no longer. You had a good feeling about the business. However now, one receives very bad customer service and you are mistreated by management, it’s quite shocking actually. First bad review I’ve ever given, but it is well deserved here. I am giving the lowest rating possible.

I was looking for a storage unit, the female employee on site was very rude. Nowhere on its website stated that I would have to call before going to its office. The female employee on site would not talk to me and asked me to call (by using her gestures, never talked to me) .So I called right there, she picked up the phone, rudely told me nothing was available...... Wow

Security at this facility is practically non-existent. After renting there for several years, I had a trailer and zero turn mower stolen early Nov. 2019. Upon reporting this to management, I learned that the security camera system does not cover the entry/exit gates ! WTF? Their website and signage on the property says that security cameras are in use. They were unable to provide police a single image to help me recover my property.
