I wish there was still a convenient east side Chase Bank. Who can even use this bank besides an OU student? Horrible location. Chase really screwed us over on this one.

TEN stars!! After 18 months of banking hell, I am so glad to be back with Chase. I am blessed to be with a bank I like and trust. People at this branch are awesome. They get customer service at a time when no one cares. Keep up the great work!!

Terrible branch . Atm door won't open for days. Wasted 2 trips to have to go across town. Couldn't get cashier's check at prior visit.
