Terrible cashiers. Went in for shopping and they run my card 15 times trying to get their broken down checkout place work but didn’t go through. So the cashier called another cashier to get the help and it will still not work, so I said if it’s broken no matter how many time you swipe it’s not going to work…then they called another guy and he in his lazy pants said that the card is declined and it’s not the machine. I told them it’s not the card because there’s no reason since I have money in the bank. He kept arguing that it’s my card and sent me to another checkout place with another cashier and said if it didn’t work then it’s the card. We went there and swiped the card and it went through. The cashier was ashamed and couldn’t even face me to give me my reciept, she went to the cashier who sent her to check me out and he came and handover the receipt. There was no apology for such bad attitude and arguing for saying my card was a problem and not their machine, I said to apologize but instead he went his way without even saying sorry. I will never stop to this Walmart to shop ever again. The worst Walmart.

I'm amputee and I used on of their riding carts to do my shopping. As I'm leaving one of the associates chases me down yelling "SIR SIR!!!" Like I was stealing and embarrassed me in front of every one in the lobby. Come to find out I couldn't take the riding cart outside because it was lightly raining!?! People walk through the light rain to shop with you but getting the cart wet was worth the embarrassment and making a scene. Never shop here again

When trying to inquire about the stock of a phone, employee was rude. Ended up going elsewhere to get the phone. Will be going to the Walmart on Interstate Drive going forward.

I was ignored at a register with light on. All the FRONT END ladies laughing & talking so I go to get into a LONG line. Another lady opens the "open" register. A man with a whole cart jumps on it as I'm trying to leave the line to get checked out. Next thing I know two other people rush to cut me off. The two ladies in the self checkout on the home & pharmacy were giggling and laughing at me. One walked over from the "open line" situation she saw. So I had to check out my own items with a small child. Then the checkout lady is standing on top of me the whole time. The other girl was at the door and I waved my receipts. She laughed and said you're fine. Now the cart guy was standing with her. Now HE followed me out to my car.. If yall wanted to look in my bag you couldve asked. Thanks walmart employees. PROFILING AND SAD SAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

It’s a Walmart. Organized weird, but I hear that’s cuz they expanded a while back.
Update: I used to shop here all the time. The staff sucks. I tried to return some damaged product with a receipt and the customer service manager acted like I was pulling a scam. When, in fact, she kept the damaged product and I got nothing. There’s better Walmarts in town.

Yesterday, my wife shopped at this Walmart on Norman's east side.
Somehow, her iPhone slipped from her purse and ended up in the parking lot, where Walmart personnel found it and turned it in to Timothy in customer service.
We were able to pick the phone up that night. Thank you, Timothy, and thank you to whoever the employee was who was honest enough to turn our phone in.
Incidents like this give you hope.
