This studio is a gem in the middle of Norman. Owner/pilates coach, Sharin, is very knowledgeable and all-around wonderful person.

Visiting my daughter and decided to stop in for a gyrotonic tower class. This studio and Sharin are so amazing! I definitely will visit again next time I'm in!!!

I have chronic pain and signed up for the awareness through movement class. Thomas was a great instructor and was very considerate and accommodating to my physical limitations during class. I would highly recommend this program!
