I had a great experience buying a new phone and switching my cell service at this location. Calvin was extremely patient and helpful when my old phone kept shutting down. He worked with it for a long time to transfer my service, and even came back the next day, on his day off, to finish it. His excellent customer service went way beyond the expected, and should be a model for anyone working with the public.

Trying to get a stable connection at my apartment, currently on Verizon for immediate connectivity but it isn't stable. They want $100 to re-terminate the connection in my apartment. I don't need setup, I need somewhere to plug in so I guess it's not available in my apartment.

I’m in my 50s, so have been the client of a lot of companies over the years, and by far, I mean the biggest stretch, Cox as been the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. The list goes on, from complete incompetence, to finger pointing and transferring to other departments, to non-urgency, to just plain stupidity. I’ve spent hours of my life trying to get the simplest things working. Whatever u do, never transfer your cell phone service to them. And make sure you have a day to spend trying to get any service with them cancelled. I cannot stress how bad this company and its services are to all out there.

Spent most of my lunch break waiting in the lobby for one of the employees to stop tag teaming customers and actually help me. Finally get my router and don't have time to get it set up so I go back to work. Then I try setting up my router after work and nothing. No power no response. I call the store to get help and was told they would transfer me to customer service only to get hung up on. Currently sitting in the only open Cox location which is a 30 minute drive away from this location getting treated the same way.

you will have constant issues with your internet and fixing them will be a nightmare. I had to disconnect and will be switching to anybody else ASAP

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is the technician was amazing! But since then I spend more time on the cox app trouble shooting my own internet problems then actually getting to use my internet and for over a $100 a month its straight theft in my opinion . Had oec fiber for 3 years prior to Cox and never lost internet connection 1 time . Snow, severe storms, etc. If the power was on the internet was on the way it should be!

Went in to pick up my equipment. Tony Rose got me hooked up, even got me to upgrade a little based on my needs and educated me on a few other services. Definitely be seeking him out next time I’m at the store.

Supper nice people but either the rep or the system tried to schedule a $75 appointment for a simple install of a second TV box. I informed the rep that an appointment was showing up his screen. I told him that I was installing the device. He advised it was nothing. 10 mins later I get a text requesting confirmation of my upcoming appointment. The options on the text didn't include cancelling it, so I typed in STOP. This only rescheduled the appointment. I had to go online to my account to cancel it. Next time I'll drive to a Cox store in another city. Wasted at 20 mins of my day.

Very very amazing people! Falvio was the one who helped me out getting wife and internet in my new apartment. He was very nice, helpful, polite, patience, knowledgeable, and over all a very great employe. He was such an amazing person to work with. Ive had Cox before and just wanted to continue with them. I went to check out ATT first and they were rude and unprofessional. never will I ever go to ATT again. COX ALL THE WAY! such a great environment and amazing people!!!

I literally just need to drop equipment off and I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes! While I understand some customers need information/instruction/etc there should be a designated person for drop off equipment since that doesn’t require time for explanation just a receipt that it was received. While waiting, I’m listening to all the sales people that are busy trying to UPSELL their clients…..if u don’t have enough staff - be efficient and deal With what the customer requested and quit wasting everyone’s time trying to get more money out of these people. Every one I could overhear was adamantly refusing but cox kept trying to upsell…..
