You can't get any help on the weekends the staff is not friendly and no one knows were anything is. Outside of Mrs. DRU. the rest of the staff are dismissive especially in the deli.

JR told me today at Crest that I would have to move to check stand #9 if I wanted paper. I told him if I wanted paper I would have paper. Since Crest remodeled their check stands, you only get paper at 2 registers, if the registers are open. I am not used to being told I can't have good customer service in a grocery store. If I wanted "Walmart" I would go there. If Crest wants to act like Walmart, I can always find another grocery store to shop at. JR needs to understand what his roll is and it is not singling me out to tell me what registers to use or whether Crest wants to let me use paper bags. I have left before. I can do it again. And I will never return this time. Crest needs to decide if they want to be like their previous management wanted the company to be or if they want to be like Walmart.

Crest has lost their touch! This is the last time I shop there. My roast, potatoes and green beers were moldy after just 3 days in the fridge! I have had several moldy things from crest but didn’t have the energy to return them. This time I called to return my $25 roast that is bad has the date and the bar code and they said I could not without a receipt. Well you lost my business crest!

I am handicap and I had to bag my own groceries, because none of the checkout had anyone to do the bagging. Some of the cashiers tried to do both jobs, but that just backed up the three checkouts that were open with cashiers. Sad.

I bought 85-15 hamburger canned tomatoes tomato sauce one onion package of frozen vegetables package of frozen okra can of green beans to make beef soup. Made the soup and ate two bowls in the middle of the night started throwing up and had serious diarrhea. Not sure if it was bad meat or frozen vegetables that had thawed and refrozen. Lately have had to throw meat away bought from Crest it smelled funny. The prices are getting as bad as Walmart. Crest has lost me as a customer I was poisoned by their products.

We are new to Oklahoma and decided to try out Crest. Courtney, who helped us at customer service, was very unfriendly. Shame on her for being a manager in the customer service industry and not even being able to greet us with a smile. First impressions and the way you make people feel go a long ways. We will be shopping elsewhere.

I used to like shopping at Crest, but I am not happy with the service there since they have done away with the sackers at the checkout. One of the reasons I liked to go there was the service at the checkout. Now that they are gone, I will probably shop somewhere else.

Ever since Crest opened I have not shopped at Walmart, I like crest because the store is so well organized and very clean way better than Walmart. But recently their checkout process is worse than Walmart. I went there this evening with my wife to do shopping and we went to go check out, there was only three checkers available and the lines were super long. And now just like Walmart they don't have any sackers they have those turnaround things just like Walmart does so all of those people that used to sack your groceries and talk to you are no longer there That's just crazy. I will continue to shop at Crest because it's still a much cleaner store than Walmart but their check out service at Crest is going just downhill.

The meat department is excellent I get twice as much meat & its so fresh, for the same price as other stores nearby, the cookie and cracker aisle is awesome and I love their specials in every department --
the produce is also super fresh and the store is exceptionally clean with a wide variety of items, great store

A year ago I would have given Crest 5 stars but.....
I've loved and been a Crest customer for decades and have shopped there weekly. Lately, every single time I go, they overcharge on several items. You have to watch "Sale" priced items as they don't always ring up as advertised and my last trip it was regular priced coffee that I always buy and it rang up $2 more than it was supposed to be. I luckily caught it as it was rung up and had them price check, and they changed it. This is happening too often, and groceries are already becoming unaffordable for folks, and it's TERRIBLE that you all are overcharging from your listed prices on top of it. DO BETTER CREST OR YOU'RE GOING TO START LOSING MORE CUSTOMERS!
