I absolutely love Crest and this location is my primary food source. It's got a friendly staff and a variety of products. I was surprised to see they even have a sushi guy on staff, very cool. My only complaint is that some of the foreign cheeses are not always available. For example, I've fallen for the Kerrygold Aged Cheese sticks but can't find them anymore. I appreciate that they now have Snofrisk (the GOAT of cheeses!) but I wish I could also get my Kerrygold sticks. It won't stop me from coming here as everything else is absolutely on point but would be a nice to have.

Crest foods... They have good deals. Some prices are more than fair. The meat is great.Produce is hit or miss.I Only give them three out of five stars because sometimes their flyers don't match their prices at the register. It's happened more than enough times.

Dear Crest Foods Shoppers, I never post or review any business publicly, but this is a dire matter that could cause SERIOUS HARM OR DEATH to anyone that doesn't know. I have been a loyal customer to Crest Foods for the past several years, at least since they have opened a store in Norman, Oklahoma, and have never had one bad thing to say about them. I usually go about twice a week if not more and spend a lot of money shopping there. Until today. I will NEVER go back. Tonight, I went into Crest Foods to buy more hamburger meat for a lasagna I was making for an upcoming dinner. I went into the meat section where I saw meat for a reduced price, and knowing that I would be cooking it immediately, I bought it. I understand the reason they sell meat at a reduced price, as there is not much time that it will come to expire. I have bought meat before that was in the reduced-price section and it has been fine, but tonight was a different story. When I opened the packaging that the meat was stored in, I immediately thought that it smelled different than normal. Thinking I was not smelling right, because Crest "would never" sell me spoiled meat, I browned it in a pan anyway. I gave it a taste and was revolted as soon as it hit my tongue. I instantly knew it was indeed spoiled and spit it out. Frustrated, I stormed back to Crest, showed them the meat, told them I had bought it 3 hours prior, and told them to throw away the rest of the reduced-price meat because it could make someone seriously ill. The manager came to look at it and saw that it was sold at reduced price. She told me that "it is store policy that I am unable to do anything about this." I told her that I understood why their store policy was like that, but it is not right to sell spoiled meat to customers, reduced price or not. All I wanted them to do was throw out the spoiled meat so that no one would get sick or even worse, get poisoned. This is an important aspect when selling raw meat that anyone would know or understand. I am extremely disappointed that Crest Foods in Norman, Oklahoma would disregard spoiled meat. For all I know, they would sell that spoiled meat to anyone else that would fall for it. They probably are still selling it to this exact date and time! It is wrong on so many levels and could end up giving several people food poisoning if not killing them. How can a grocery store get away with selling poisonous meat? And then when it is brought to their attention, they do NOTHING about it? I'll tell you what, that is the last time I am shopping and contributing to Crest Foods ever again. I don't want food poisoning and I REALLY don't want to be a part of a company that sells it honestly. If you feel the same, go elsewhere.

A very lovely young person named James was working the deli area this evening and he absolutely made my day. Some people just shine! I hope he is valued at this job. I don’t know what you’re paying James, crest, but I’ll bet he could do with a raise. Def deserves it!

We bought a brisket last week on the 19th and the expiration date was JuLy 30th. We bought a brisket last week on the 19th and the expiration date was June July 30. The next day after they’ve been refrigerated properly I opened it to season it for the grill and it smelled rancid when I called the meat department they said that I didn’t store it properly and that it’s normal for the meat to smell bad when you open the package. When I called the store manager and the corporate office, no one returned my call. I did test the temperature on my personal refrigerator and it was 36°. So the storage temperature was good. I think they should take responsibility for a $75 purchase that was bad meat.

Bakery rating. I got a $10 cookie cake today for a fourth of July party & everyone was excited & it LOOKED so good we just couldn't wait to try it! I opened it & thought it was way too easy to cut through & that the texture was off.Once people started trying it, they couldn't throw it away fast enough. It was as if it had not even been cooked! It was doughy, greasy, & as if it was a cookie dough cake! Absolutely disgusting. The kids didn't want it!

The deli always has the best crab salad and they have good chicken too. Everyone I've interacted with there has so far been nice, great customer service. The atmosphere of the store is a bit open with customers, but that's not too bad. I've gone to Crest quite a bit and it's always been my favorite store plus it's closer from home.

Crest is conveniently located in Norman with numerous locations around the metropolitan area. Always clean, fully staffed and shelves are stocked. Prices are reasonable and baked goods are fresh. Meat Counter is the best in Norman. Great selection of vegetables and fruits! Staff is helpful and professional.Highly recommended.
