My experience at Cricket Wireless was excellent! From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming and eager to help. They patiently answered all my questions and made the sign-up process incredibly smooth and easy. I left feeling confident in my choice and impressed by the excellent customer service I received. It's clear that Cricket Wireless prioritizes its customers and strives to provide a positive and hassle-free experience.

When it takes 40 minutes to get a bill paid and they couldn't even break a hundred dollar bill. This has to be the worst phone company there is. Less than One Star.

LeAnn is the most helpful and pleasant Cricket employee I have ever dealt with!! She was the ONLY employee in the store at the time and she was just calm and not flustered. She helped everyone with a smile on her face. She got my Son's new phone set up and made him happy!! She is amazing! She defines "great customer service"!

We switched to Criciet was told our phones would work with Cricket. They work unless we need to use hotspot. Which we need the wifi hotspot and told the person that we needed hotspot. He assured us it would work with our phones. Wd turn on wifi hotspot to find out our phones do not work with Cricket wireless. Not happy will switching to another wireless company. We need wifi hotspot. Why continue with company that didn't tell us we need to purchase a criciet phone that our phones will not work.
