Let me start with I have a cricket store way closer than this one, however I do not like how they conduct business. So instead of thinking they were all the same I went to this one. I was wanting to start service online but got confused on the pricing and details ect. I started in the store and a very friendly face smiling behind the counter was happy to help. I ended up setting up my new service with Michael and it was so easy! He answered all my questions and then some. He was patient and informative and super professional. Thank you for helping me that day! I know it was a long process on my end!

Service is terrible. We waited here for the employee to be late. Should’ve looking very unprofessional like he rolled out of bed and he was late because he stopped and got a coffee. There’s people lined up waiting completely ridiculous and because of this, he’s losing business and I’m changing our account.

Just switched to Cricket, and let me tell you. David and Michael took care of all my needs. Anyone that complains about these employees, should disappear into a cave , because no one can make them happy , if David and Michael can't help them. They helped me save so much money, not to mention, these guys know their phones. Both of them deserve a raise. I will be sticking to cricket until they lose David and Michael. If they do lose them, they should just close the location, because I've been to tons of Cricket stores, and none of them offered help or knew their phone deals. None of them could get me to switch, except David and Michael's location.

David in Norman needs a raise! That guy made sure we got the best deal possible before leaving his store. Gave us every avenue and option to make sure we understood what we were buying! Did I mention he was bilingual and speaks Spanish too? He’s completely an asset to this company and corporate America should do better!

Cricket closes to early. Both stores and Phone service. Their customer service has gone down hill a lot. Think I'm going to have to switch.

I had to have Cricket teach me what to do bc my phone kept saying No Sim card. Good thing they showed me how to update my new phone ? bc it happened 3 more times.This was an amazing store and Employees were fantastic. Thanks Cricket ?

Listen.My experiences with phone service retailers have been wearing me down. Slowly losing faith in the industry.David at this store single-handedly revived the elation in my heart with purchasing a new phone.I came in expecting to spend maybe ~$30... With David holding the reins and guiding me through every stwp... I ended up spending $1200. And I couldn't be happier with the purchases I made!? David!And I meant what I said about naming my firstborn son after you!
