So the staff are ok and the store is clean and safe and everything but the self checkout machine talks to you which is cool for blind people who can't use touch screens anyway i guess but moreover it TALKS TO YOU LIKE YOU ARE A TODDLER. I AM A GROWN MAN AND I AM MUCH OLDER THAN THE INVENTION OF A SELF CHECKOUT MACHINE therefore i do not need explicit meticulous directions for every step in its operation.

I waited 45 minutes in the drive-through. The line did not move at all for 25 minutes. I plan to transfer all my prescriptions. This used to be a great pharmacy but now they are not functional.

If you go to minute clinic they took my Blue Cross and sent my script to pharmacy. Pharmacy does not take Blue Cross. I went to Wal Mart and they helped me transfer the script and zero copay. So save yourself trouble- if you have Blue Cross CVS is not the choice for you, or me! Biggest problem was 3 of the store employees I talked to at CVS could care less, 1 Walmart pharma person fixed it all!

Horrible! Minute clinic hours state until 430pm. We drove all the way and we're turned away at 4 saying the last patient is seen at 4 and the Dr informed me she didn't want to clean up this late in the day and turned my 9 year old who just needed a flu test. It is ridiculous.... Will never give this store my business again.

The worst pharmacy in the area. I wish I read the reviews before asking my doctor to send the prescription here. They are extremely slow and they don’t care at all. The employees look like they are forced to work here. They did confirm over the phone that they had our prescription ready, but when we to the pharmacy, they didn’t even have it in the system. We had to wait another 40 minutes for the prescription to be ready and when they called our name, they made us wait again on there never ending line. I will never come to this place again. I going to ask my doctor to change to either Walmart or Walgreens.

Most of the time they don't have the medicine even after I call and they confirm they do so my doctor sends it then I find out at the window they are out. Also have issues with only CVS when it comes to refills 2 days prior to it needing to be refilled they say they can't refill it that it is too soon which isn't true since I usually call up there 5 days prior and have the same prescription refilled focalin 10mgSo I call Walmart have it sent over to them and bam they can do it Walgreens as well...avoid CVS like it has COVID lol

This has been my WORST pharmacy experience AND REPEATEDLY. I only switched from Walgreens because CVS is around the corner. Not only do they make you wait forever they are not honest. I had 2 antibiotics called in on Friday and was told Friday that one would be ready on Monday. When it wasn't ready on Monday I was told it would be ready Tuesday. Tuesday morning came with no call so I called and was told that the delivery truck would be there at 12 so it would definitely be ready when I got off at 4. Get to the pharmacy after 5 just to be safe and was told it would be 10 minutes. Since I had cars behind me she told me to circle back and get in line which I did. In that short ten minutes the antibiotic was mysteriously on backorder and not available at any other CVS. There was no new fake delivery date at this point and I was simply told it was on backorder. I called Walgreens less than 10 minutes later and they informed me that not only did they have it in stock they could transfer the prescription to their store instead of CVS. 15 minutes later and I'm on my way to WALGREENS to get it. Thank you WALGREENS. I always wondered the difference between the two and now I know, it's quality. CVS take note.

I scheduled a COVID test but the Rep had me waiting in my car for 45 mins saying they couldn't print out the paper work. Scheduled the appointments on-line, answered those lengthy questionnaire and uploaded my insurance card but still not able to do the test... 1. CVS's website has major issue; 2. Very poor customer service.Customer's time is valuable. Waiting for 45 minutes without getting the test done is unacceptable. I don't usually leave negative feedback but I would not recommend this pharmacy to anotherone else.

I have actually called CVS corporate office and complained that the customer AND pharmacy staff ARE stressed due to the fact that the pharmacy is understaffed! Staff are doing the best possible. We don't want them rushed, making mistakes with our medicines. Call corporate and complain. I told the pharmacy staff I talked to corporate and they said, Thank You. It doesn't do any good to get upset. Have empathy and patience and faith.

The parking lot and the front of the store is full of trash. I came in to get my prescriptions (this low rating has nothing to do with them... The pharmacy is Great). Its about 3:30pm and I let them know and the two girls up front actually laughed about it. The girl working in the photo lab Leah was one of them. No name tag. The photo machines do not work with the cords she said. The self checkout froze at 3:50pm so no one could do self check out.

no way you can talk to them on the phone you will just talk to the hot line operator who is going to transfer you to another hot line operator in a loop

Minute clinic is pathetic. They require you get there 15 minutes early, there was nobody there, "nurse" shows up several minutes late. I filled out a ridiculously long computer entry, the "nurse" read nothing. Asked if I wanted a COVID test, I'm having bronchial issues, she never asked. Kept saying I had a "red dot". I asked what that was and she said, "the computer said you have a red dot." She never asked what was wrong, what I was there for, she was just late, lazy, going through the motions, rude, and a disgrace to the medical industry. I'll never go back to CVS for ANYTHING.

The staff at this location took care of a situation (beyond their control) and made my day. I needed a booster vaccine as my mother is immune compromised. The care I received will allow me to see myMother at thanksgiving and Christmas. Thank you for the concern, care, and going the extra mile.

I am a college student at OU that has frequent refills, and I have been using CVS prior to even moving to Norman. In the last 3 years, I have never had a WORSE experience trying to pick up my medication. It never fails that there is always SOME kind of issue. LITERALLY every single time I come. I’ve finally had my last straw and have decided to change pharmacies. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY IF YOU CONSISTENTLY WANT YOUR TIME WASTED.
