It’s impossible to get hold of anyone you have to drive there for a simple question of if the medication is ready to be picked up. You must call, leave a massage wait for them to call you and wait and wait then call again, we don’t know how the elderly live with that, after Walgreens this pharmacy jr next to go, because no business can survive without costumer care and 1* is sign of very bad business practice, sad CVS was a good business till the last owner decided to change that in other direction and reduce the manpower to save a few dollars

I came in to get my medication because I got a text on my phone that my scripts were ready. I come in and they tell me they are still working on one of my scripts and that it would be 20 minutes. I said ok I’ll come back, I come back in 40 minutes and it’s still not ready. They tell me it’s going to be another 30 minutes and it’s still not ready.

The lady at the window taking prescription orders is rude and aggressive. I don't recommend using CVS at this location.

I personally always try to treat people with kindness, because I don't what they are going through. I try to have patience for people, but the cashier with dark hair and glasses working in the evenings was just about the rudest person... I truly think she thought I was homeless. I wasn't dressed the best, i was mentally exhausted, and my hair was a mess. (DUE TO being at the ICU with my extremely sick aunt all week who just had OHS.) I would hate to know how she actually treats people who are homeless or have mental health issues.
I had gotten a 20 out of the ATM. I needed to break it so I could get the taco truck next door. I made a mistake and used the wrong self check out and the other one closed. Her tone to me like a misbehaved animal. Not even allowing me to finish my sentence. I even appolgized. I did indeed tell her she needed an attitude ajustment & I will complain to her manager today. She even had the audacity to check the 20 dollar bill with the marker. Instead of paying attention to the customers coming in and out, her and the other cashier were talking poorly about another employee. To the point she half way started gossiping with a customer that asked about it. I am not a Karen 99% of the time, but if you hate your job that much.. get a new one.

It’s sad when you hire cashiers that don’t want to do the job they are being paid for. Then to catch an attitude about having to do that job.

On two occasions there have been glitches with my prescriptions. Both times I have found the staff at this place to be very helpful and knowledgeable.

This store deserves zero stars, I don’t like leaving bad reviews but the pharmacy employees do not know how to do their job the women with black hair is on her phone with the window open, and was eating when she opened the window, and said umm and couldn’t not give an exact amount on to the answer on what it would costs without insurance and wanted the amount in cash and made me get out of my car and come inside for 40 mins to get my prescription that was already ready. The guy on the phone told me I have mental issues when I called to inquire about my prescription then cussed me out and told me he can’t help me and hung up. The whole pharmacy department needs to be fired the window was open when we drove up.

My friend got a text his meds were ready to be picked up, I'm older, I live 12 miles away and it was artic cold today so we waited a bit to go. We went inside and they wanted money and argued he should only get part of a script. He called and got it straightened out then the Pharmicist says you will have to come back in 2 hours. Wow, great customer service, we have always been treated rudely at every transaction. Medicine can be life or death so you would think you would accommodate an older woman and a man who is blind that is in the store, not spend more gas money, rush hour traffic, artic cold and come back, make the customers happy. This is the worst Pharmacy I have ever dealt with. We will take our business elsewhere where we will be treated with respect.

Can’t get medicine in. Says it will be in on a particular day. Go to pick it up, not there. They say they will call you when it comes in. A week later I try to fill it at another pharmacy, NOT CVS, they can’t, because another pharmacy has filled it. I go to CVS and they have it…. Never called. A medication taken for pulmonary embolisms! I asked why they can’t get medicine in and their response, a lot of people have the flu! Then they point to a bunch of blue bins and say that is all the meds they can’t get… does that mean that are the bins they store the medicine in and they are empty???? I am moving all my scripts and the place i am Trying to move them to is telling me they are waiting for CVS to transfer!!!!!! What a joke!!!! I have used them for years, it is obvious these people are having financial problems at the expense of people’s health.

Always helpful. Wish they'd keep me meds in stock better. 3 stars because often they don't have my meds. It doesn't make a lot of sense to me, because every two months I get a refill on the same meds. And it's been this way for years on end. So I have to go without heart meds for a couple of days while they order them. They need to upgrade their system to make sure retuning clients who have consistently came in for the same medications, on a scheduled basis and make sure the meds are ordered and available in advance to their regular returning clients. It's not 2025. The fact there is no system like this is ridiculous. I don't blame the employees, I blame the corporation. No one should have to go without live saving meds simply because they don't have any kind of method like I mentioned.

I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but I’m doing this for the sake of their business in hopes that it helps improve their customer service for future cases. I went to my doctor’s office and was prescribed medication for my case of flu (Type A influenza). I’ve been feeling extremely unwell, with my pulse reaching 130, and needed my medication as soon as possible. However, I ended up waiting for 3 to 4 hours, only to find out—after calling CVS—that they were waiting on a response from my doctor to switch the medication because my insurance didn’t cover the original prescription. The most frustrating part is that my doctor never responded, yet CVS didn’t take the initiative to follow up or prioritize my health. If I hadn’t called myself, I likely wouldn’t have received my medication at all today. It’s disappointing that despite the urgency of my condition, they were quick to place the responsibility elsewhere rather than ensuring I got the care I needed in a timely manner. I truly hope this review brings attention to the importance of proactive communication and patient care.

It’s always a fight for my meds. I never get them on time they will mess it up and still take 30 mins to “fix” it.
