I don't understand why your website would offer minclinic appointments , make me go through all of the damn steps to set it up, tell me my appointment is at 9:45am, only for me to spend 15 min trying to connect to a real person only to be told the minclinic doesn't exist anymore! Remove it from the website! Like Jesus Christ. What a waist of time. Completely unhelpful.

If I could give zero stars I would. My every interaction with this cvs pharmacy has been negative. They are rude, lack compassion, and seem to try to be as unhelpful as possible. I even had a tech roll her eyes when we asked if a medication came in liquid form as our child is unable to swallow pills. Highly recommend going elsewhere.

The most horrific customer service experience I believe that I've EVER experienced. After going to the Urgent Care Clinic for a severe ear ache I went to the pharmacy to pick up the prescriptions. I arrived at 5:10pm and Tanner in the pharmacy looked it up and told me that it had been called in to a different CVS location a few miles up the road. I ask about having it transferred and he said I just need to go there to pick it up because it should already be filled. Aggravating as that was I went ahead to the other location to find that they had closed at 5:00pm so they had closed 10 minutes prior to speaking with Tanner at the Robinson St location so I tried calling Tanner back to find that they had closed at 6:00pm. The urgent care clinic also closed at 6:00 leaving me to deal with an ear ache that had sent me to the emergency clinic until the following morning which felt like someone stabbing me in the ear with a red hot ice pick. The HORRENDOUS customer service that I received from Tanner made me wonder how he ever got or has been able to keep a job which requires at least decent customer service. I just hope that he never has to deal with the pain that I had to put up with for 14 hours due to his negligence.

My 73 year old mother was having problems with the self checkout and asked Adam for help. He was off putting and told her he’d be with her in a minute. Instead of helping her he went to a display and started scanning items paying no attention to her. We waited for a few minutes standing at the counter. I then asked him if he could help her and he replied that it wasn’t going to kill her to wait 5 minutes while he finished what he was doing. I expressed my displeasure with his rudeness to an older woman and he did come start scanning her items and literally throwing them into a bag and saying she needed to learn some patience. I lost my cool, but thankfully was able to not let it get out of control. I have shopped in this store for years but never again.

Great job at checkout! The associate who helped me did a wonderful job in helping me to maximize savings and rewards. Really, really appreciated it. I would say this is the best in town!

This is the 4th time I’ve been to this “open 24 hours” location and it was, in fact, NOT open. Even on slight chances when they are open and I get to go inside I NEVER see an employee. There are times where I spend 10-15min grabbing things, and just check myself out and leave. Not a single person in sight. Almost feels like a backrooms CVS.

Went to CVS for a COVID shot and after a while, was told I'd have to have insurance. As a Veteran with 100% disability, was told I could go there for our shots. NOT TRUE. They couldn't or they wouldn't process me for my shot. CVS isn't alone, Had the very same treatment at Walgreens.
