Came into the store, looking for Band-Aids and other items. Was greeted at the front by Shannon, she was very helpful in helping me find what I needed in the store. Everything was clean and tidy. I highly recommend going to this location.

The Minute Clinic and pharmacy at this location is very fast with care and service. I was very impressed with my service from the provider and the prompt timing with the prescription.

My experience was excellent. My clerk went far beyong what one might expect of an employee to make sure I was served well and found the product I was search for. She even assisted me in my electronic checkout and even went back to the shelves in the back of the store to find a product I was wanting. She was tops!

Horrible customer service. Pharmacy staff is unhelpful and rude. We tried this location after having terrible experience after terrible experience with the Robinson location. This is just as bad. I highly suggest avoiding all CVS locations in Norman. I wish I could give them zero stars.

Pharmacy was out of the medicine called in for my husband. The employee did not care and said it would be a month before they received more. When I asked if another CVS had the medicine, HUGE sigh and acted annoyed that she had to look it up. WORST customer service.

Great service and great people! Promote the tattooed guy now. He's the only reason you aren't getting robbed blind like so many other CVS and Walgreens stores. It's refreshing nowadays to meet kind and civil people.

Typical CVS, at first I was annoyed because it was 4 staff members in the pharmacy and only the pharmacist acknowledged that I was waiting to pickup after receiving a text saying my son’s Rx was ready. The CVS store associates were super friendly though so I won’t slam this location with a bad review bc of the pharmacy experience. The pharmacist also checked me out and was friendly. I was also shocked they had “It’s a 10 & Oplex” hair products! It was a variety of products from hair care lines. So I’d y’all don’t want to go to Ulta for these hair care line, then go to your local CVS.

RUDEST pharmacist I have ever talked to.......I'm in the healthcare industry myself and I'm not stupid and do not need to be talked to like I'm a child. I asked a simple question and he spoke to me like I was a kid! YOU need to fire this guy!!!!!

Bill the ‘pharmacist’ thinks the world revolves around him. Only time I’ve ever been hung up on by a pharmacy. You don’t necessarily have to be a ‘people person’ to be a pharmacist, but no pharmacist should go out of their way to be a hateful person. It’s obvious that bill has personal issues he’s coping with, and unfortunately he’s taking out his anger on people just trying to get their medicine. I hope bill gets the help he needs so he can stop bullying people.

I took my Dad to get vaccinated at CVS on 36th & Tecumseh. I have waited over 30 minutes and been treated very rudely by employee’s. I will never go to this store again for anything .. with zero people in line still waiting for shot .Thank you people I came to your store to sit and wait for you to get off phone and then complain about customers wanting a service that I had appt for ! ! ! .

If I could give negative stars I would. They have the worst pharmacist in history. Bill is rude,condescending and mean to customers/ patients. The first time when I was sick needed some medicine and he was rude for no reason telling me I was calling non stop when it was the first time I had called / talked to him to check on my medications he was so rude he made me cry I said nothing. But today I happen to call to request my medications transferred to a different pharmacy, such pharmacy called me to let me know that cvs refused to send my meds over, I called CVS and Bill was so rude and told me that he did not say that, that he was not 911, he will do it when he gets done with his patients he has in front of him and even then it will be at his discretion. I JUST CALLED AND SAID HI I WANT MY PRESCRIPTIONS TRANSFERRED IN A NICE MANNER SINCE I HAD NOT CALLED ANd wasn't sure what was going on. Everything he said /the way he treated me was uncalled for.The way he talks to people is demeaning and very bad customer service and people's skills.
