Pharmacist old man with white hair is so rude. No customer service. Seemed to not want to do his job. I understand being understaffed but you don't have to be rude about it.

We needed a covid and flu shot for a ten year old and the idiot behind the counter said we had to go to a CVS minute hub. Went to CVS minute hub and said they were not allowed to give the covid and anyone that worked in a CVS pharmacy knew that. The clerk at the hub sent us to a walkin clinic that didn't do vaccines. What a waste of a morning.

Received my COVID & Flu vaccine today and the pharmacist Nareem was fantastic. She was kind empathetic and excellent with a very nervous patient ahead of me.

I was not able to use the credit card I have on file. My medication is expensive and difficult to locate because of the shortage, there is no reason I should not be able to use my credit card that is on file just because a location is in Target.I was explicitly told when setting it up that it could he used at ANY CVS location. This is false advertisement and needs to be clearly communicated to customers who are setting up these type of payments.

The cvs app allowed me to book a vaccination but didn’t acknowledge my choice. I needed a different booster shot than what they were providing. I do not blame the personnel for that. Mistake with the website. What frustrates me is that they turned me away but did not cancel my appointment so I was not allowed to get my booster until it was cleared up. Thankfully another cvs cleared it up but this could have caused me a lot of grief. Go to the cvs on Main Street in Norman near Norman high school. They took good care of me.

The pharmacists that work here seem like they hate their jobs. No one has been helpful or friendly. The only reason I go here is because my insurance requires that I use CVS.
