I love shopping at this store. Everyone is always so friendly. Today a sweet lady named Yvonne went above and beyond to help me. I will definitely look for her the next time I am in. I hope the company takes great care of her so she never leaves.

My experience here was probably one of the worst I have had a retail establishment. The male cashier who handled my checkout asked “how far along I was” which I find very rude and unprofessional, especially since I’m not pregnant. You should never assume if a woman is pregnant. They need to do better on training their employees on how to handle customer interactions.

This was my first experience at DSW and it wont be my last. The store was absolutely spotless and very well organized. I was having difficulty finding my shoe size and associate Cheyenne and Kinsey came and helped me through my whole process. They made me feel very welcomed and they treated me with pleasure. I appreciate their help so much and I hope to see them at my next return. It is my highest recommendation to give DSW a try.

The experience was fine up until we had to wait 10 mins in line. I do not know why the young lady didn’t call for backup when she saw how long the line was and it was just her. It wasn’t until I came up and asked was she the only worker in the store. She then says no and calls for assistance at the register. My only complaint was the long line and at the end of my transaction, she places my receipt in the top box and slides the stack of boxes to me….uh, ma’am, I’m going to need a bag for these boxes. Surely you do not expect customers to juggles boxes on their way to out the door for them to topple over and shoes fall out. Other than that, she was nice and sweet. The store was clean and quiet as well. We enjoyed our store visit and found the shoes we needed for our baby.
