Okay place for a latte. Super awkward when they ask for a tip for window service. I'm not tipping for window service. Looks bad for the company like they don't pay their employees enough, which they should for the price of the drinks here....

Wheelchair accessibility: They have spots right in the front and you can wheel in to the place (it’s like a garage door) and I will say that the parking lot gets backed up pretty quick, but that’s just because it’s busy

45+ minutes in the drive through and there’s still at least 6 cars ahead. I got here before 08:00 and it’s now 08:51. How is this even practical? Like dude, run a business. This isn’t the first comment about the drive through and certainly not the last. I won’t be waiting like this ever again.Why is it $6 in coffee after an hour of waiting. You lost at least 5 customers from the line because it just doesn’t move for about 5-8 minutes at a time.

35min to get 2 drinks. Arrived in drive thru at 915 on a Saturday morning. Was immediately able to order and then proceeded to spend 35min in the line before getting our drinks. 35min for coffee. And I was told I could get the double torture as a white mocha. Which either was not true or it was just not made that way.The time it took was probably a staffing issue because it looked like there were only 3 people working. 1 taking orders and 2 making drinks on a weekend morning which seems to me would be understaffed at an obviously busy time.The employees were 10/10 friendly and I’m sure doing the best they could with a poor situation.

Drive thru system is absolutely awful. I’ve been in line for 30 mins and I’m only halfway. Need to figure out a better system for taking and delivering orders.

I am currently writing this review while sitting in the drive through. So far I have been sitting here for 31 mins. Not sure what kind of establishment this is but I’m awarding them for the slowest drive through I have ever been to in my whole life. I’m pretty much just sitting here as a joke now just to see how long it’s going to take. 5 people have already left due to wait times

First time trying. The line was horrendous because you have to wait and order at the window. Paid nearly 6 bucks for a chai latte. It tasted like some type of instant chai flavored drink with no latte. It is very weak and watered down? I taste a lot of water and creamer. I got home and poured it into a mug hoping it needed mixed up more.Nope. Very disappointed with that. I'll stick to the places I know that make a real drink.Might help to hire an adult in there. Everyone appeared to be teenagers and the music was too loud to hear them at the window.

Extremely slow. It’s hard to boycott Starbucks when it takes over 45 minutes in line at a coffee shop. I’m not sure if they are paying the baristas enough because if they where they would be happier/faster. I’ve been in the service industry for 7 years and have never waiting in line so long in my life or have made anyone wait that long for that matter. I usually like there coffee but it’s not worth it when I could literally go to Walmart buy an espresso machine and milk and make my own drink faster. I am a student and have work to do and this business is doomed to fail if it continues on this path.
