When they don't mess up items, it's a good bagel. The problematic thing is though, there have been several occasions where I and other people have gotten their orders messed up.

This place is amazing the bagels are realy good I recommend the farm house and the coffee are good too it does not have a long wait and not that expensive for on campus

This place is never open. The lady who recorded the voicemail box for their summer hours sounds like she'd rather punch you in the throat than serve you a bagel. I was gifted a gift card for this place so it's just kind of irritating to not be able to use it.

Food is amazing but customer service was lacking. I went here 2/3/23 and the woman in the back with brown hair in a pony tail was extremely disrespectful. She was talking over us while we were ordering and constantly yelling. I don’t know if she’s having a bad day or what but she needs to tone it down!

Had to wait over 2 hours for a mediocre avocado toast. And the everything bagel? More like barely anything bagel. My advice, go to Gray Owl and get the best everything bagel you’ll ever have.

People are really nice and they do their best. Food it really good. I get a cheddar bacon bagel and a vanilla cold brew. One of the baristas was happy to watch my drink while I went to the bathroom. The wait time can be like 10-15 minutes if you go around lunch time, but they do their best to move quickly.
