I’ve been trying to find a place close to home that I feel is consistently good. I have only been here once but Kim did such a great job using the builder gel which is what I’ve been looking for. I do feel like the prices are slightly higher than other places I’ve visited but the quality is better so I’m okay with the slight difference. Kim really took the time to make sure I liked everything through each step of the process and took time to make sure everything was smooth and even, which has been my issue with other places. I am definitely going back to see you Kim in a few weeks and I’m glad to have found this place!

I have been a loyal customer of Kevin’s Nails & Spa for quite some time and have always appreciated the quality of the work. However, the consistent inability to honor scheduled appointments has become extremely frustrating.
My daughter prefers two specific technicians due to a previous less-than-ideal experience, which is why we always call ahead to make appointments—just as anyone would when planning their day around other commitments. Yet, on multiple occasions, we have arrived on time or even early, only to be kept waiting. Unfortunately, this happens every single time, and during our most recent visit, we were advised yet again, we would have to wait 40 minutes past our appointment time.
This repeated delay is both unacceptable and unprofessional. I no longer feel valued as a customer, and I cannot justify continuing to pay for a service that does not respect my time. Sadly, I do not anticipate returning to this location.

They ripped me off. I got my toes painted with gel. No pedicure no massage nothing just paint and they charged me $28. I been going here for about a year now and it’s always only been $15. Never coming back to these scammers again.

Called & made an appointment 7/24/25 for 3 p.m. I was told it would be ax29 min wait as tgey continued to serve those who did not have one. I waited another 20 min & left. I pay for good services & tip well. They do not honor your appointment so just slam them with walk ins!!!

This place is absolutely amazing. I have been going for 6 years now, and will always come back. I even moved 35 minutes away, and I still come back. They are great with my kids and go above and beyond to make sure we feel welcome and pampered. 10/10 do recommend.

The google reviews do not lie!! I went today for the first time so I was a bit nervous. I was with Tracy and she was AMAZING!! I will absolutely be back to see her!!
