Not a real Fred Ex place. It’s at best a package drop off. And, the guy behind the counter had an attitude. Want to send something Fed Ex ? Buy the envelopes from them, then switched me sending it via mail taking ten days. Guess me telling him it was urgent got lost. Not coming back.

I went in to mail a FedEx package. The woman at the counter asked if I needed help. When I said "Yes, I need to mail this" & showed her the FedEx packing label, she asked if I had the envelope.I said "No, I need 1" She told me they don't "pack things up here" which is fair, but then points in a general direction of Manila and USPS envelopes. Better customer service would have been appreciated so I can conduct my business. Perhaps it is just a fluke employee interaction but if that's how their customer service generally is I may not go to office Depot for anything.
