THIS EMPLOYEE OPENED UP MY PERSONAL GMAIL APP ON MY PHONE TO SEND HIMSELF AN EMAIL IN AN ATTEMPT TO GET THE LABEL TO PRINT!
IM LIVID BECAUSE HE COULD HAVE SIMPLY ASKED ME TO SEND THE EMAIL TO FED EX YET HE CHOSE TO PROCEED AS IF I HAD GIVEN HIM FREEWILL TO DO SO!! THAT IS MY PERSONAL EMAIL ACCOUNT AND HE CHOSE TO INVADE MY PRIVACY!!

It is wild how rude the employees at this location are. And not just recently, long-term. I use the self-service printing, at multiple locations in multiple states, every week, going in about 10 years now. This is the only one where the retrieval codes consistently malfunction and I’m forced to go to the counter and ask an employee to print the items for me. No matter how polite I am, no matter how apologetic I am about a malfunction of THEIR company’s technology, the employees are varying degrees of indifferent to hateful. This is the only location where I have issues. This isn’t an instance of a customer being dumb and not knowing how to do something. If there was another nearby FedEx, I’d gladly use it to avoid coming here. I leave, having spent at least twice as long as it should have taken, being made to feel like a burden to whichever angry employee I have the misfortune of having to asking for help. Please stop making polite people feel awful. Save your hatred for those deserving of it.

The counter guy with beard and glasses wouldn't help me. He told me to email my labels to print and go. I did but it never sent me a link to print my stuff. He asked if it showed up in my sent folder and it did. I asked him again if he could just print it for me he said it will come through. Let me know when it does. That was over 39 minutes ago and no link or any more help. Thanks for wasting my time. I know you guys won't give a crap because you have tons of money coming in but I only have 1 life and wasted over 30onites of it there at your location and still didn't get the help I needed or my labels printed. I would have not given any stars but that wasn't possible.

This is not a reflection of this store in particular but the delivery drivers.
I have been waiting all day for a $300 package. I know I live out in the country but I watched the driver turn a circle in my driveway and speed off. Me chasing it didn't matter.

This location has been so amazing to work with. I have needed my art scanned and printed over the years, which is a daunting task for me. But every single time, this store knocks it out of the park! I don’t understand all the ins and outs but they always talk me through it and help me whether I’m scanning myself or they are. Yesterday I ran out of prints that I thought would last me months, and I emailed last night letting them know I needed more asap. They are already done and now I can complete the orders they go in without worry or stress. And they are always so complimentary about my work! 💕I love this place so much! Highly recommend!!

I went here 2 days in a row. Customers service is excellent but I did not like the way the manager spoke to the young lady that works there. He was very unprofessional in his manner and words. Next time wait till your customers are gone before taking up an issue with the employees or pull them to the side. The young lady just smiled and continued to help her customers. Burned me up!

I had to make two trips for 2 different orders. Each time, the staff was incredibly helpful in getting my orders to me. Mariah and Jesse were fantastic as well!
