Took my car in for an estimate. Got it & made arrangements to drop my car off. My inspector was thoughtful enough to say we should wait till after Thanksgiving so there won't be 2 extra days they have it & I have to pay for a rental. I appreciate that he was kind enough to recommend that.

After totalling my vehicle, Ferguson made the process easy. The technicians went above and beyond helping me to remove my accessories that were not part of my insurance claim. ♡ shout out to the front desk ♡ amazing, friendly, and accommodating.

Ferguson collision did an amazing job at repairing my 2004 Chevrolet Silverado after a wreck. Paint work is amazing along with body work. Nick the estimator was an amazing guy and easy to work with!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!
We were “auto booked” by our insurance company… closed on the day we were booked in without notification and when we called we were basically blown off - “not our problem”… this company should not be on ANY preferred list for insurance…

Great customer service and definitely helpful. Free coffee and comfortable chairs for your wait my 6 year old even had enough toys to play with to keep her entertained while we waited on Enterprise for my car rental, I would recommend.

My son’s SS Camaro was hit head on by someone not paying attention. Our insurance pretty much chose this place and said it was great. Long story boring, their communication is terrible. The car is still in there and they told us we would have it back December 18, 2024. As each week passes including this week, they say possibly next week. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here. They basically hold your shit hostage and blame it on the insurance. Now, it has something to do with “charging” they said they’re going to ask the insurance to pay for that now lol. How do you not know what you’re going to need weeks in advance? Anyway, I’ve never left a bad review in my lifetime but this place is terrible. They don’t even call you to tell you something has changed. DONT GO HERE!

I took my Buick Enclave to Ferguson Collision after I was hit in a parking lot, assuming that since I bought the vehicle from Ferguson I would be treated well by their body shop. That could not have been further from the truth. Granted, my insurance company, Progressive, shares a lengthy amount of blame, but, this body shop mishandled my vehicle. In the process of 'assessing the damage' to my vehicle, they ripped trim pieces off of it, breaking every body clip that was attached to it. In the process of doing that, they damaged trim pieces that had not previously been damaged that now must be replaced which added enough to the total damage of my vehicle for my insurance carrier to deem it a total loss. When I asked our claims representative thru Progressive about the way in which my vehicle had been handled, like all the body clips that hold the plastic cover under my hood over the radiator having been broken (because they just ripped it off), I was told that was 'standard industry practice'. If treating someone else's vehicle in that manner is a standard practice, maybe you should change your practices and rise above, treat every vehicle you work on as if it were your own vehicle. And just fyi, those body clips they broke, close to 25 of them at $4.99 a piece when I buy them, God only knows what their 'mark up' price would be. Their quote ended up being $100 too much for my insurance and they totaled my car. We chose to do an owner retention, repaired it out of pocket and my car is as good as new now, thanks to the fact that my husband is a certified body tech, so again, we know what is an industry standard and what isn't.
This was the 2nd vehicle I had bought from Ferguson because I loved the sales staff and the process. However, I will never buy another vehicle from them or use their body shop. It was an absolutely horrible experience, if I could give it negative stars I would.

My 2017 Buick Enclave had a run in with a deer on highway 82, not a lot of damage but just enough to cause headlight problems. Ferguson was amazing, worked well with my insurance company, kept me up to date on repairs and finished earlier than expected and under budget. I recommend them for anyone looking for bodywork.

I had a great experience with Ferguson Collision! I needed my passenger side headlight and bumper repaired, and they got me in real within a week of calling and they finished the repair in 11 days. I was very pleased with the repair work. They worked well with my insurance company, State Farm. When I got my car back, it was missing the rear window wiper blade. I called Ferguson Collision, and they said it might’ve happened when the car was driven through the car wash after the repair. They ordered a new wiper blade and installed it for me the next day.

I have come here multiple times for repairs on my car. I've been in two accidents and they do such beautiful work! You can't even tell it's been in an accident.... I greatly appreciate the receptionist Laura, and the whole team. Thank you so much for taking care of my cute little Buick Cascada.
