So I bought a pickup truck through pre-owned but I must say the service there was awesome they did a full inspection of the vehicle before I drove it off and did a oil change they found that it needed a new water pump and air conditioner compressor and took care of all that for me without a dime out of my pocket The only thing I had to do was take the day off to go up there to get .... excellent service and I would highly recommend anybody who wants to get a vehicle to come here first because you won't go nowhere else

Ramone was AMAZING!! Finance was quick and easy as well. I absolutely love my new car. Your dealership was fantastic and so easy to work with. Everyone made sure I got exactly what wanted in every aspect, from the car I wanted, the payment I wanted, to even giving me what I wanted for my car! Will definitely be back when time for my husband to buy a new one!

We took our car in for repair and had negative communication with the service tech Todd. In short, we were told we would be called 4 times, got one call. We were told the vehicle would be ready by noon, by 5, first thing in the morning, noon, and in a couple of hours. We agreed that if the vehicle was not repaired on day one that we would get a loaner. We didn’t which caused us a lot of unnecessary difficulties. We have been buying vehicles at Ferguson for forty years and have never had this poor of an experience. This is sad and so unnecessary. Do better.
