Ramone was AMAZING!! Finance was quick and easy as well. I absolutely love my new car. Your dealership was fantastic and so easy to work with. Everyone made sure I got exactly what wanted in every aspect, from the car I wanted, the payment I wanted, to even giving me what I wanted for my car! Will definitely be back when time for my husband to buy a new one!

We took our car in for repair and had negative communication with the service tech Todd. In short, we were told we would be called 4 times, got one call. We were told the vehicle would be ready by noon, by 5, first thing in the morning, noon, and in a couple of hours. We agreed that if the vehicle was not repaired on day one that we would get a loaner. We didn’t which caused us a lot of unnecessary difficulties. We have been buying vehicles at Ferguson for forty years and have never had this poor of an experience. This is sad and so unnecessary. Do better.

I was just in Oklahoma on business and had been looking at the Envista. I didn't believe they could get the deal done for the new Envista Avenir, but they did. Very happy with the process and the entire staff was very professional and friendly. I would recommend this dealer to all my friends here in Texas.

I know how important reviews are. I am a business owner.. so I take it very seriously when I write one, especially negative. However, people need to know.
Do NOT take your vehicle to this service department. Zac tried to tell us that the transmission offered by our warranty company would have 100k+ miles on it, and that we just needed to pay the extra $2k and get Ferguson’s transmission. When we asked about the details of our warranty, he just gave us a 1800 number and told us to call ourselves.
We were in the mountains with limited service on vacation… however, we still made a way to set on hold for three hours to do Zac’s job. The warranty company informed us that our transmission would have ZERO miles on it.
We assume he lied to draw up a bigger ticket for himself.
Then, after telling Mike the manager what happened.. we never once got an apology. He said “that’s just the way Zac is..”
Nope. The lack of communication is absurd. This is just one incident. They failed to tell us about two other things wrong with our vehicle.. they charged us over $200+ extra for no reason…
This is a joke of a service department. Do not take your vehicle here.
