ONE STAR REVIEW IS TOO MUCH. After buying several cars from Ferguson we no longer will ever do business with them again. We approached Ferguson about purchasing our truck, due to the fact that it has been in their service dept. for over 2 months waiting on a transmission. Our warranty had already approved to cover the transmission replacement the issue was the transmission was on backorder. Apparently when Ferguson gives you a written agreement to purchase your vehicle and they even tell you that you have 72 hours to accept, that isn't actually true. Jeff Arnold was nice enough to explain that if we had purchased our new vehicle through Ferguson we wouldn't have had any problems. Be careful doing business with this company. We had a great experience at Joe Cooper in Yukon.

Took my Ford Explorer here for an oil change and my service tech was Jonathan Banuelos and he was amazing. Explained what service I was getting and asked if I had questions and answered them without shaming me since I’m a woman and I had no idea what was going on. The oil change only took 30 minutes and I was surprised. They handle my car with care even tho it was a Ford. I had a great experience with Jonathan and this service crew and will be back again.

Art helped me out through this process. He was great and honestly the smoothest car experience I have ever had. The only thing I would recommend doing is having the salesperson run the customer through the details that come with the car. For example, the extent of the technology that comes with the car.

From the moment we got out of our car, to the moment we drove away in our new car, the staff treated us with kindness, professionalism and quick turnaround. We love our new Acadia! Our salesmen Kendall did great helping us find the right vehicle, patient and kind as I looked through each one. We had originally planned to buy an AT4 edition, but the manager refused to honor the original deal provided 3 days prior from when we came back to finish the paperwork. We provided the email and picture of original offer agreed to, Kendall even asked 3x, but still he wouldn’t budge. We were ready to leave from frustration, but Kendall worked diligently to find us a secondary choice! He was amazing.

I found the perfect pickup and filled in the online form. I was quickly contacted by Ferguson and after a short negotiation by phone, the deal was finalized, and I was approved for financing. It was very easy and fast. Upon arrival at Ferguson, my Denali was ready and waiting and everything was exactly as I expected. Best and fastest experience buying a vehicle in my life.

My wife and I used their website to access our trade and were given a trade-in offer that was acceptable.Once we got to the dealership, we were told the website misrepresents the trade-in values in order to get customers in the door.Once there, you are offered THOUSANDS less than the website values your trade. (from 17,900 to 14,000 for us)Everything else was standard Dealership theater.Negotiating, leaving, getting a call about a better deal, going back, etc.We did end up purchasing another car, just to get out from under the trade that we were upside down on.We are upside down again, but with a better car than we traded in. Such is life.

I was pleasantly surprised as I thought there would be games with the pricing and I did not run onto any issues. Gage in the finance department was not pushy either which would of been a issue with me as well! He did do a excellent job at presenting my options to me though! Richard Schubach was our salesperson did a excellent job and did not pressure me as that would of ran me off. I highly recommend!

This experience was easier then going to the store and buying a shirt! JD (Salesman) was easy going, professional, and very attentive to my buying experience, in my opinion, he went above and beyond to make sure I was informed and understood everything about this new truck! Julie was incredible! The finance part of any big-ticket item can be very nerve-racking, but she brought light and set a rapport that made the environment very comfortable. These two should be commended for their professionalism and together, made the buying experience very pleasant and enjoyable!!!

I usually work with Mike G but he wasn’t available when I came in so I spoke with Todd (I think was his name). When I told him the issues I was experiencing he proceeded to treat me like I was completely stupid and further questioned how I knew the issues I was dealing with. When I made the statement, the vehicle has lost some power and the noise we are hearing isn’t one that we have ever heard before so we believe something is going on. I was then ask follow up questions about how I knew there was power loss and also how I knew there was a noise that was different than usual. The service writer was a complete j*** and apparently even after I told him this was the 3rd GM vehicle that I have had this issue with similarly with he still wanted to question my every answer to his previous question. I would love to share with you guys the rest of this experience including how he did this the the rest of my service experience and only when I questioned if the issue went any deeper than what they had seen and ask if they would recheck and make sure they look at everything to assure that there wasn’t further damage to the motor did they look into it more and then had to replace more parts of the engine. My biggest regret is that I didn’t just wait to talking to Mike G because i know this would have never happened. So I would love to speak with someone regarding this issue further in hopes it doesn’t happen to others in the future. Please feel free to give me a callNick Smith

Drove from Texas to purchase a truck from Adrian because of a great deal. Awesome customer service. Had us in and out in less than 1-1/2 hours, which is almost unheard of when buying a vehicle.

Absolutely in love with my new Buick! Went in for an oil change and walk away with a great deal on a newer Buick. Kendall Bryson, thank you for being so patient and most importantly listening to my wants and needs. Between you and Nathan from finance, I couldn’t ask for a better team watching over me while making such an important investment. Perfect timing with my son football season starting. I will probably be doing a lot of carpooling ?

This was the second time we have purchased a vehicle from this establishment. Everyone is polite and attentive to your needs. Our salesman Zander Burton was very understanding as to what we wanted. They allowed us to take our time unlike most dealerships that try to make your decision for you. My family and I live an hour away and always make the drive to get our services done because we know they care. I highly recommend going here if you want the best of the best experience!

Have a 2019 GMC Canyon I purchased here 4 years ago. Has 72,000 miles. Has very apparent transmission issues. Did some research online and there are issues with the 2019 model. Made appointment. I was told in advance it would take 2-3 days before they could look at it. Received text less than 24 hours later telling me things that needed to be done and they could do it fall for$1,392.00! They said they had to do a transmission flush before they could determine the problem and I have to pay for it. Called GMC and she said the dealer is their eyes so they back the dealer but I can file a complaint which I just did. I returned the text to the service agent and he said that is what GM tells them to do first. I replied again and no response. I even bought the extended warranty which is useless. Do NOT buy from this place.

Took in my Buick regal for a recall and to get a sound looked at. First issue was I was told over the phone they could provide me a loan car, but when I get there they don’t have one so I have to find a ride last minute. Then they give me a call at about 10:30 and tell me the cause of the popping sound and how much the repairs would be. Then I wait until about 3 without hearing anything (they told me it would take 5 hours, I brought it in at 8) and I have to call them. They tell me their systems have been down all day and they didn’t get to do the recall and I could either leave it with them overnight or reschedule. I understand that it’s not their fault the systems are down, but why was there no communication? They could have told me they were having problems when they called me at 10:30. I end up having to call them to get any info.
