I'm about to lose my mind with finishline. My wife purchased 2 giftcards and I tried to use them online. 8 days after my order they sent an email stating that my order had been canceled. Then the money wasn't returned to the cards. After hours of being on the phone and sending emails I got an egift card. So then I decided to use them in store where they were purchased. I couldn't find any shoes I liked so I tried to buy an Adidas sweat suit. I had rewards that were given to me because of my trouble and the clerk had to back the order up to include them. When he did that it took the money from my gift card and wouldn't allow him to use it at the other register. It showed I had a zero balance. We spent our Friday evening waiting for a resolution that never came. A manager by the name of Kennedy was contacted by the employee and I was told to call her. After a couple of failed attempts she turned her phone off and left her employees, the business and her customers without any answers or reassurance. I would hate to work for someone like that or have them be the face of my business. I'll be on the phone tomorrow and will sit on hold for a minimum of a half hour but I will resolve this. You people will not win. My wife will get what she paid for one way or the other and I plan to let everyone know in every way I know possible about my experience and to not do business with finish line period.

My wife and daughter were there this past Saturday. The store was packed, and only two young gentlemen working. They were both very professional and very patient with each customer. We found out that someone had called in and they were left working through their lunch period, but didn’t change their attitudes and kept things moving throughout the store. It was very impressive to witness and the store is very fortunate to have the fine young me as employees.

I am frustrated and disappointed about my recent experience in your store. When I walked in, I was not greeted at all by any of the staff. This lack of greeting was disrespectful and made me lose respect for the store. As a customer, I expect to be acknowledged and treated with respect, and a simple greeting goes a long way in creating a positive shopping experience. I hope that in the future, your staff will make an effort to greet all customers as they enter the store and show them the respect they deserve."

After 3 experiences of being ignored by the employees in the past 2-3 weeks, we won’t be visiting this store again. On the evening of 1/20/22, both my wife and I were looking for shoes. There were 3 employees who chose to remain at the checkout station and just socialize with each other. We were the only 2 customers in the store. We were not greeted…we were not acknowledged…and not one employee made any effort to assist us.

My order was placed online. 8 hours later I get a notification that my order was canceled, wth!Clearly whomever is in charge of inventory has done a very poor job. I don't understand what happened, nobody called me, the email I received just said the order was canceled without any explanation.Not coo, not cool at all !!

Was in the store for 15 minutes and not one of the 4 people working as if i needed anything. Literally had a salesman asked 2 other people that were already being helped if they need anything and bypassed me
