The gentleman at the front was so helpful and informative, giving a full explanation of everything without talking down to me or trying to upsell things I did not need. As a woman, I am often treated like an idiot and lied to when trying to get service for my vehicle, and it is utterly frustrating. Having someone treat me like a reasonable adult was refreshing. I appreciate the excellent service.

Really great guys who helped me find a good deal for new tires. Brought it in with no appointment and got it done in a couple hours. We've used the main location for years and I trust them so much, they're like the uncle who know cars, tell you what's wrong, then advise me on what needs to happen quickly and what can wait, and for how long.

I spend a zillion dollars on tires ., a year ... I had to buy two tires in corpus Christi not even a year ago with a 70,000 mile warranty on it I'm not quite at 70,000 mi but Firestone here in Norman will not honor it says I have too many miles even though it's not 70,000 mi yeah do not participate and buy anything from Firestone DO NOT BE LIE TO..go anywhere else.

I was very disappointed in the original visit. The technician that did the alignment didn’t have the vehicle running. It has air shocks and requires it to be running. The return visit was handled like a professional. Chris went above and beyond to correct the problem. We also needed tires. He made it happen in the quickest manner and it was perfect. I appreciate the solution to the problems. I do recommend this location for your needs.

I understand selling service, but they did try to oversell me on suspension work. I brought it in for brakes and a water pump issue. They sold me on head gasket replacement and brake bleed and told me it was low in coolant. Driving from OKC I smell exhaust in my cabin and my engine knocks loudly and wouldn't go twice. Praying it's ok, I stopped in a gas station & checked the oil. I could see smoke coming out from the manifold and found an oil leak. I crawled under my truck and there's oil everywhere. I had to put oil in it to get home. Checking back tomorrow to see if we can iron this out.
