I have been banking with first fidelity bank for the past 40 years. The staff are always courteous, call customers by name and have an interest to help. Kudos to the management for having such high quality of customer service

went thru the drive thru and wanted 1's and 5's. teller looked at the paper like it had bug guts all over it. showed it to another teller, both not busy, and both frowned. what is your account number she asked? when informed i don't have an account with the bank was told only if i have an account can they help me. really? ones and fives

I was having issues with signing into ffb on mobile and online but Cathy from Customer Service was sure to pass on the news about the issue. While I was on the line with her I asked if I would be able to cancel a deposit I did through the app and she said she'd see what she could do. To guarantee that it actually cancelled and I wouldn't have an issue I requested that she call me with an update. Within a few hours I had receive a voicemail and it was Cathy telling me that I had the a' okay about the check and that it was cancelled. I appreciate highly that she took the time to give me a call, it made everything less stressful.

Very rude ladies, i was only in the lobby for about ten minutes and heard all of them whispering and talking badly about other women AND speaking poorly about my wife who was trying to open an account. Wouldn't recommend if you like hospitality.

I was making a deposit in the drive thru and didn't fill out any information on the deposit slip except for the $ deposited. When i realize this my teller # 569 tells me "no problem. I found you". Above and beyond. Thank you!
