In 2022, I bought a new Honda Ridgeline from Fowler Honda in Longmont, part of Fowler Automotive Group. I also purchased an extended warranty and was assured I could cancel it anytime for a prorated refund issued immediately.
I sold the vehicle in April 2025 and requested the refund on April 16. Instead of an immediate check, I was told it would take 6–8 weeks. Months passed, and nothing arrived. In November, I contacted the warranty company and learned Fowler had never processed the cancellation.
The General Manager admitted they “dropped the ball” and twice promised the refund would be issued within days, yet nothing happened.
It ultimately took nearly eight months and repeated follow-ups to receive a refund that was supposed to be instantaneous.
Whether this was planned or mere incompetence on Fowler’s part it is not good…Be cautious when dealing with Fowler Automotive Group.

I have the worst experience dealing with Fowler jeep off I240 service road. I am making monthly payment for a vehicle that they sold me, and a month later find out this vehicle is not as reliable as they claim. Now am having trouble to get my vehicle in there service center. This is so frustrating especially in this type of weather.

Well, my story is a good one. And, I really appreciate the understanding and follow-through of the staff at Fowler VW. I was helped by Lindsey and her Warranty Clerk co-worker. They went above and beyond to get a $900 service waived by warranty.

didn't tell me that they had a diagnostic fee for each thing they was going to look at. They tried to collect $280 in fees. quickly came off it but not sure that according to the sales person if he didn't make a mistake and send me the wrong receipt they would have. I would be very careful taking my car here. They have me a quote of 9000 to fix a car that I paid 8000 for that runs mad drives great. Needed a window fixed,taillight, an exhaust leak.

Think twice on where you spend your money/ do business... during the buying process a finance department employee text ( by accident) my daughter saying that I'm ( her father ) is a deadbeat... this is what Fowler Auto group says about paying customers when they think no one is looking.
